We had a great time at Island Oasis! Check-in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 7 adults to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a nice dinner. And it’s just a short walk to the beautiful beach! Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would stay here again!

Just as Wonderful the Second Time Around!

This was our second year in a row staying at Island Oasis, and we loved it just as much this time! The owners are incredibly responsive and helpful, making everything easy from start to finish. The house is beautifully decorated, amazingly well stocked, and so comfortable and welcoming. It really feels like they’ve thought of everything you might need. The pool and hot tub were a highlight—the perfect way to unwind at the end of a day at the beach. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing Florida getaway!

This house is perfect for a family trip. It looks newly remodeled and the house and pool are fantastic! We stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The beach is a very short walk and the pool was a perfect gathering spot for our family! The kids area of the house is so fun and our kids played the games and had their own hangout space. Our family of 7 was very comfortable! Would definitely book again!

The property was as described. Consistent with other reviews, Leah and Frank considered details and amenities I didn’t know we’d appreciate. For example, two wagons, a cooler, chairs and an umbrella for beach days were a nice addition. The property was clean and well kept. Location was great. We would stay here again.

This is a great family vacation spot for us. Our kids had a great time in the pool and the close proximity to the beach was awesome. Leah was very responsive to all of our needs. I would recommend this property.

House was amazing. We have five kids, and they all had a blast. House was close to the beach, and everything we needed.The home was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. If we ever make it back to Cocoa Beach, we’re definitely staying there again.

Amazing time away in Cocoa Beach

What an amazing home and beautiful beach retreat for our family!!! Leah was an absolutely wonderful host…amazing communication during our entire stay!!! The home was beyond beautiful and even more than what the pictures show online!!! The attention to detail in how each room is set up made for such a treasured time for even our little grandkids and they really loved the yummy welcome basket full of treats upon arrival…..would highly recommend this beach getaway to anyone…will not disappoint!!

What a beautiful home and great beach retreat for our family. The location and house amenities are top notch. The kitchen is well supplied they thought about everything down to the small things that made the visit much more enjoyable than many other houses we've rented. Leah was an absolutely wonderful host…amazing communication during our entire stay! The attention to detail was much appreciated. This home had something for everyone from the adults to teenagers and even the toddlers the set up made for such an awesome time for the family. We had an incredible stay! The house was spotless, you can tell the hosts really care about keeping everything clean and well-maintained. The pool was absolutely amazing, crystal clear, the perfect temperature, and a great spot to relax all day. On top of that, the hosts were so welcoming and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable getaway!

This house is a hidden gem. Location and house amenities are top notch. They thought about small items and supplies that made the visit much more enjoyable than many other houses we've rented. Better than advertised. the best hosts!

First, the rental was somehow better than advertised. The location was great, the place was clean, there were more amenities than advertised, and the total space was larger than expected. Second, the hosts were incredible. We had 2 requests come up during our stay and they resolved both immediately! Overall, I would recommend this rental to anyone looking for an amazing and comfortable family vacation. The rental easily accommodated our group of 8 without ever feeling crowded. Plenty of space and activities for everyone, across all ages!

We loved our stay at this property! Check-in was automated and simple. Communication with the property manager was very efficient. The home was in excellent condition and very clean upon arrival. It was nicely appointed and matched the online description precisely. The location is perfect for those wanting to be steps from historic downtown Cocoa Beach and from the beach itself. We even witnessed a rocket launch during our stay! This is an excellent property for families with kids. The pool is large and the home is equipped with options to entertain kids of all ages. Highly recommend this property for your next family visit to Cocoa Beach.

Our stay was a perfect opportunity to connect with family in the best stocked, equipped, and luxurious rental I've ever stayed in.

Luxury is exactly the word. I am not someone who personally would say I have a luxurious lifestyle, so our stay at Island Oasis was truly an experience I valued immensely, and I wasn't ready to leave after four nights. We will definitely stay longer next time. We stayed as a family of four, with our 16-month-old twins as well as our younger brothers and parents-in-law four a total of 8 plus our two dogs. Everyone had more than enough personal space and got to claim their own room in the house. There was so much to do from relaxing in the heated salt water pool and hot tub to playing shuffleboard, foosball, arcade-style basketball, giant connect four, cornhole, and we even had a poker tournament one night! Not to mention how incredibly well-stocked the entire house was. From the fully-stocked kitchen (and I mean FULLY stocked; we cooked 3 meals a day and never needed for anything) to the thoughtfully equipped bathrooms (I am personally grateful for the face masks and bath bombs) and plenty of cozy blankets to cuddle up and watch tv at night. Not to mention they even provided a set of bowls for the pups, which I didn't even think to pack. Frank & Leah truly thought of everything. We also took a bike ride down to the dog-friendly beach! Which wasn't much of a workout since it's only two blocks. Leah made booking so simple and was ALWAYS available for any question and made it easy to ask. I am so grateful we have found our forever vacation home. Thank you for your high standards of service and attention to every detail, F & L. We'll be back.
