Susan, Thank you for your excellent 5 star rating of your stay with us in this amazizng property. We double checked the arrival information that was emailed out to you prior to your arrival, which includes the code for entry and other important information regarding the check-in and departure details, to make sure it was displaying the information correctly to our guests. The information clearly explains the location of the lockbox and how to retrieve a key to the entry door of this unit. We are terribly sorry if you overlooked this information, but are so glad you reached out to us and we were able to assist with getting you in your unit promptly. We hope you will come be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer all returning guests on future bookings. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

We provide a complimentary "start-up" of items for your stay and all items are detailed out in the Arrival/Departure Information that is emailed to each guest prior to arrival. We do not provide items for the duration of your stay but just a complimentary "start-up" to keep you from having to shop right away on the day of arrival. Thank you again for your great review. We hope you will return to be our guest again soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Juliana, Thank you for your review of your stay with us in this great unit. We understand your frustrations of the unit not being cleaned properly at your arrival but to be fair, when you brought the issues to our attention, they were readily corrected. This is the first complaint we have received regarding the sofa but we will be happy to check on the need for a new sofa. We hope you will return and be our guest again soon. Be sure to mention staying with us prior as you are entitled to our returning guest discount on all future bookings. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Don, Thank you for your 4 star review of your stay with us in this great property. We are so glad you had such an enjoyable stay and found this unit to be just what you needed and wanted for the trip. We are so very sorry for the issue of not responding to your request for an earlier check in. We have had some issues recently receiving messages that filter through the portal or the system and we never got your message. We are terribly sorry for the issue as we would've happily allowed an earlier check in, if the unit was ready prior to 4pm. In the future, we ask that all guests message or contact us directly on the office line or text line so we can communicate easily without missing a message through the site. We are so glad that despite your message not being received that you had such an enjoyable stay and hope that you will return and to be our guest again soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Hannah, We are saddened to receive your 2 star review of your stay and of this property. We are not sure what happened to cause you to have the worst trip ever since you did not share any details with us in this review, nor did we hear from you while you were here. We can only help you with issues if you alert us of problems while you are here. We hope that you were able to at least enjoy the beaches and all this area has to offer if you did not enjoy the property. We are so sorry for any issues that led to you saying this was your worst stay ever. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
