Other details: It's a two car garage that can fit most crossovers and small vehicles. Two can fit at the same time although it is tight with the bikes and beach amenities. The maximum height clearance of vehicles allowed is 68" and depth of 192" although if a single car is parked a longer vehicle could fit diagonally. Low profile vehicles also may not make the downward slope into the garage. There is no additional private parking and parking is not allowed in the alley by garage.
As with most beach places, there is not central AC but ceiling fans are in every bedroom and the living room.
