Everything about the property was perfect.We really couldn't have asked for anything better.The house was exactly as listed it looked unbelievable online and it was.No need to ever leave, we had everything we needed with the pool, hot tub, game room and outdoor corn hole / Bacci.The River walk is only a few steps away for great morning walks and the food in the area is incredible.Can' t wait to get back

This house is EVERYTHING. Very accommodating to small or large crowds. What I like most is that you have your own space, as well as great common areas throughout the house for social activities (swim, games, meals, etc.) The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and safe. It's centrally located to many fun things in Tampa, without feeling like you're directly in the city action. The hosts are phenomenal; very communicative. First time in Tampa and it certainly will not be my last.

Let's just say the house is Perfect!!! Location and walkability are Perfect!!! We had a group that stayed there; we played golf during the day and walked to amazing restaurants and bars each evening. Coming back to lounge in the pool and spa ....... wonderful!!Would definitely stay there again next time in Tampa.

Honestly, the place is just phenomenal and there’s nothing else I can say about a perfect location. Amazing humongous house has absolute every amenity you can possibly imagine.

We had a great experience during our stay at this property! We were in town for a wedding and hosted a few things at the house. We had plenty of room for all that also stayed with us. We were close enough to Armature Works to walk over for a quick meal which was very nice. There is also a Publix grocery store very close. Any questions I had were answered very fast by Gabby which I appreciated. Would recommend this property to anyone!

The house was amazing! It was very comfortable and it had just about every amenity we could ask for such as a workout area, pool and bikes. We were able to walk over to Armature Works but also able to bike into downtown Tampa on the nearby bike path. We rented a private chef through Food, Fire & Knives, which worked out very well too. I highly recommend this house if you are planning a trip to Tampa!

The home was better than the pictures. We were pleased with the bbq, pool and the amount of kitchen equipment. The beds were great and it was spotless when we arrived. Highly recommended.

So clean and inviting. Kitchen was fully prepared to let our family cook as much or as little as we wanted. The workout area in garage and game room on top floor felt like an added bonus and much appreciated by our teens. Plenty of outside and inside lounge space. Loved the proximity to Armature Works for coffee walks in the morning and ice cream at night. Bottom line it was a Grand Slam property for our family reunion. Great work!

Our stay at Riverwalk Landing – Tampa, hosted by Luxe Legacy Vacations (Gabby & Daniel), was nothing short of AMAZING! The home was absolutely gorgeous and perfectly suited for our family of 15. Check-in and check-out were a breeze — smooth and stress-free.The location couldn’t be better — walking distance to the Riverwalk, Armature Works, and Tiffany’s Cookies (dangerously delicious, by the way). There’s plenty to see and do nearby! The house looked exactly like the photos and was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly think of and other things you probably wouldn’t… I mean EVERY thing… even battery testers! I mean the attention to the little details. Top tier!A fun bonus: the city bikes! My husband hasn’t been on a bike since high school — and off he went, living his best life The only (minor!) disappointment was that we couldn’t enjoy the pool since the water was chilly — definitely not 83, but hey, Florida weather can be tricky this time of year. Even so, it didn’t take away from our incredible stay.We had a wonderful time, made great memories, and can’t wait to stay again — whether here or at another Luxe Legacy property.Gabby, Daniel, and team — you’ve set the bar HIGH. We’ll definitely be back SOON!
