The Riv is an excellent place to stay, when visiting Zion and the surrounding areas. Super comfortable, modern, clean and the hot tub is terrific. Will recommend to friends and family.

Great property, only 20 minutes from Springdale and a great place to take a break and relax. Good amenities and plenty of space. Very clean, will definitely stay here next time I visit with the family.

Our whole family loved this tiny home! Felt spacious and was very clean. Had all the amenities we could ask for. 15 min from Zion entrance and 1 minute from Kolob Terrace road. Amazing!

Property was more spacious than we expected, so clean, convenient to Zion. Pool and hot tub were a hit. Kitchen had everything we would need. Ice maker was especially helpful with all the hiking we did. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great tiny home with amazing views! Everything was well stocked & kitchen had plenty of accessories. Our family loved our week stay. Pool and hot tub within a very short walk was very clean with showers. Entire property was very modern and appealing. Host was very responsive and we had no issues. Great place to stay close to Zion but away from the crowds!!

Great place to stay. Guest beware of narrow stairs. I fell down the stairs and informed the property. They are looking them over but just beware that tiny homes mean tiny stairs. Even with taking all precautions I was unable to keep myself from falling. Otherwise great property, very comfortable and was provided all necessities for cooking and cleaning! Great pool and bbq pit area. Just what we needed for a quick getaway, minus the fall.

Guest safety is very important to us, and our property manager went out to inspect the stairs as soon as you checked out to evaluate and make any necessary safety adjustments. As you mentioned, the stairs leading to the loft are steeper and narrower than traditional stairs due to the compact design of our tiny homes, and the loft is intended primarily for children. We loved it here. The space was very clean with everything you needed. My nephew and son loved the privacy of the loft area. Grill and spa were nice add ons and were easy to use. Would definitely come back!

Amazing!! The place was so clean and well stocked with essentials. Check in was very easy, and the location was so ideal. We were only 10-15 minutes from the nearest big city, and only like 12 minutes from Zion Visitors Center! Plus the views from the porch were fantastic for morning coffee! Would definitely stay again!

Can't get much closer to Zion without paying significantly more for the same size and amenities, and sparkling clean and comfortable as well. Had a minor issue with check in that was fixed before we even got there with a 5 minute phone call and email. Communication from the host was stellar.The loft space is a little tough for an adult to stay in because of the super low ceiling and the lack of a fan or anything to cool it down, but otherwise a fantastic spot.
