Steps from the Snowflake Lift, Sawmill Creek Trail, and Main Street Breckenridge — this beautifully upgraded 3-bedroom Tyra chalet puts the entire mountain town within walking distance. Gas fireplace, full kitchen, private balcony, and shared hot tub access. The right combination of trail access, downtown walkability, and genuine comfort for families, couples, and groups who want to be in the middle of everything.

Steps from the Snowflake Lift, Sawmill Creek Trail, and Main Street Breckenridge. This 3-bedroom Tyra chalet spans 1,271 sq. ft. and puts the entire mountain town within walking distance. Recently refreshed with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, a renovated bathroom, and added gear storage.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and seats 6-8 at the dining area. The private balcony overlooks peaceful forest under a starlit sky — the right way to end a day of hiking or biking. Two included parking passes. In-unit laundry. Shared outdoor hot tub access.

Guests have full, private access to the entire condo — all three bedrooms, living areas, private balcony, in-unit laundry, and two dedicated parking spaces. Guests also have access to the complex's outdoor hot tubs. Note: indoor hot tubs are unavailable throughout summer. Outdoor hot tub hours are 10am to 10pm.

Access is via electronic key cards and parking passes issued at check-in.

This property is professionally managed by Gilson Property Group — not an individual host. Every stay is prepared to the same standard: thorough cleaning, quality linens, and responsive support from booking through checkout.

Before your stay, we will ask you to complete a quick identity verification through our guest portal. It takes just a few minutes and is how we ensure every Gilson stay is seamless and secure. A valid driver's license and rental agreement are all that is needed to confirm your check-in details.

A $250 security deposit is collected prior to arrival — similar to a hotel holding a credit card on file — and released in full after checkout once all access items are returned. Guests may also choose a non-refundable Damage Waiver instead, selected during the pre-arrival verification process.

Our guest portal also includes our full concierge menu: private chef, grocery and alcohol delivery, airport transportation, welcome kits, in-home spa services, early check-in and late checkout, guided excursions, and local recommendations — all available to browse and book at your convenience, before or during your stay.

This unit is a prime location for ski in/out and has a rental ski shop directly across the street. Take the 4’oclock run and you’re home! The unit itself was very nice and easily accommodates larger groups with 3 bedrooms. The bonus is the ski map on the wall (we used it daily to plan our skiing) and the front entry area that had built-in ski racks and a bench area for taking off shoes, hanging coats, etc. would definitely choose this unit again. Lastly, I would note it’s a short walk to Main Street with the shopping and dining.

Nestled right next to the Snowflake Lift and the scenic Four O’Clock Run, the area offers true ski-in/ski-out convenience in the winter and direct access to hiking and biking trails in the summer. It’s just a short walk to Main Street, yet feels tucked away in nature—perfect for enjoying the best of Breckenridge without the crowds. The nearby Sawmill Creek Trail and reservoir are local gems our family loves for easy, all-ages outdoor fun.
