The Swan House is allergy and asthma-friendly. Pets/animals are not allowed in the house. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house and within 25 feet of the property. Violations will result in additional cleaning fees and potential termination of the booking. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all guests.

Downstairs:
• A cozy living room with a leather sofa, recliner, TV, DVD player, and the full Twilight saga on disc
• A dining room perfect for Swan style family dinners (or game night!)
• A fully equipped, sunny yellow kitchen with everything you need, including a waffle maker and mix, and a well-stocked coffee and tea bar with coffee maker, Keurig pod machine, and electric tea kettle
• A laundry room with full size washer and dryer and complimentary detergent
• A full bathroom with shower
• Two sleeping areas:
 • Jacob/Quileute Room - Queen memory foam bed, warm tones, and La Push-inspired decor
 • The “Wolf” Den - A cozy den just off the kitchen with 2 twin beds (trundle)

Upstairs:
• A second full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower
• Two themed bedrooms:
 • Bella’s Room - King memory foam bed with signature purple bedding, warm lighting, familiar artwork, and of course, the dreamcatcher from Jacob
 • Charlie’s Room - A quiet, restful space with a queen memory foam bed and subtle nods to Forks’ favorite flannel-wearing, fishing-loving dad

Important Information for Families

The Swan House is a historic 1905 home and has not been childproofed. Because of this, we do not recommend the home for toddlers or preschool-aged children.

The property contains fragile antiques, collectible Twilight memorabilia, breakable décor, steep stairs, and original architectural features throughout. In addition, the upstairs windows do not have screens and cannot be modified due to the home’s historic construction.

Non-mobile infants are welcome. However, for the safety of young children and to help preserve this special piece of Twilight history, we ask that families with toddlers or preschool-aged children choose accommodations that are better suited to their needs.
