This spacious upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath unit offers comfort, convenience, and access to the vibrant lifestyle of this desirable active adult community - Children can only visit - Whether you are staying for a month, the season, or longer, you'll find everything you need to feel at home. THE SPACE: The primary room has a queen bed, the other can be used as a guest room or home office with WiFi and streaming TV being included. Laundry in the hallway and an assigned carport make your stay even easier. COMMUNITY AMENITIES: 9-hole golf course Heated pool (currently being renovated) Clubhouse with fitness room, library, and activity rooms Walking paths and beautifully landscaped grounds A calendar of social activities (optional participation). LOCATION HIGHLIGHT: Across from the Sprout /Fairview shopping ctr., offering all your daily essentials + cinema & banking. The freeway is close by for easy day trips to the wine country, Solvang, or Los Angeles. WHO IT'S FOR: This home is ideal for retirees, remote-working professionals aged 55+, or anyone looking to spend a peaceful season in the Santa Barbara area. Encina Royale requires one guest to be at least 55, and stays of 30 days minimum.
