Welcome to your new home away from home. This brand new, thoughtfully designed guest house is located on the west side of Santa Barbara, which in our opinion, is the best side. We love that even when it is foggy other places in town, it is usually sunny here. State street and the beach is only a mile away, and the mesa where there are many restaurants and shops is just a quick drive over the hill. We often take evening walks as a family, and the sunset over the mountains never disappoints. You will only be a 10/15 minute walk to Eilings park where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets overlooking Hendry's beach. You're welcome to watch the sunset from the front yard, but we think you'll want to spend most of your time in the back! It is fully furnished and ready for you to make as many s'mores and steaks as your heart desires.

I love interior design and getting this home ready for you has been so much fun. We are a family of 6 who moved to Santa Barbara 4 years ago from Montana chasing the sun, and have always dreamt of hosting a vacation rental. My husband was the manager of a large vacation rental company in MT, and we know first hand what you are looking for in a home away from home. We are quite busy, so even though we live next door, you wont see much of us accept for when were loading up our crew in the driveway. You may hear our kids from time to time, but we mostly use the other side of the yard that is quite removed from your space.

We provide beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys and a cooler for your use as well!

BEDROOMS
Both bedrooms are quite spacious and bright with high ceilings, large closets, and brand new comfy mattresses, high quality linens, and gorgeous mountain views from each window.

BATHROOM
Clean and beautifully designed (if I do say so myself) bathroom with a tub and a shower, vanity with storage, and a new stacked washer and drier for your convenience. Laundry on site is hard to come by in SB.

KITCHEN
This minimalist/Scandinavian designed kitchen is my fave! We've made sure that it is fully stocked with pots and pans, crock pot, Keurig, baking dishes, bowls, tupperware, spices, etc. Brand new Whirlpool appliances. Lots of cabinet storage.

LIVING ROOM
The living and kitchen area is an open floor plan with a new pull out sofa bed, smart TV, and a foldable dining table for when its a bit too chilly to eat outside.

OUTDOOR SPACE
Your welcome to watch the sunset from the front yard, Or spend your time in the spacious and dreamy fenced back patio with a new gas BBQ, fire pit, and large dining area.
