Fantastic stay. You can see the beach from almost every room. The place is very well stocked, we were there a week and didn’t have to restock anything. They also provided plenty of towels and beach things like toys and chairs. We certainly be staying again.

Our family vacation was nothing short of top notch! The views are amazing from this condo with easy access to the beach. The property was clean and had everything you needed for your day at the beach! The hosts are happy to answer any questions and we had no problems during our stay. We will plan on returning again! We absolutely love this area!

The location is amazing! Right on the ocean with beautiful sunsets, soft sand outside the door, and water on both sides. We loved having the pool so close and the kayaks available to use. We even saw manatees and dolphins! The condo was nice, looked like the pictures, and we had no issues during our stay. There isn’t currently much sand directly below the rocks, but a public beach is just a short walk away, past one condo building. We loved our stay and really didn’t want to leave!

We loved everything about this condo-location, beach, amenities, and more! The washer/dryer did stump us,less than tech -savvy group, but we were able to watch a YouTube video to help us. I would definitely consider coming back in the future!

This is a beautiful condo at a great location!

The accessibility to the beach, pool and restaurants/bars make this a great location. The condo was very nice and clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!

Perfect vacation

We really loved our stay in siesta key (fisherman’s cove ) we will definitely be back! Absolutely wonderful condo, we had EVERYTHING we needed ! Owners are super sweet and helpful !

We have stayed at many different VRBO condos on the beach but this was the best we have found so far.

Great spot

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is in a great spot really close to the beach on the quieter end of the island, which we preferred. All was in order and as expected. Thanks for an excellent stay.

Reamy Family Reunion 2024

Jeanie and Kim Davenport were the best hosts of any recent stay we have had. The beachfeont condo was spotlwss and equiped withore than you will need for a comfortable stay. Their attention to details was pwrfect for a bwach stay. To include beach umbrellas, chaira , kayak, paddle boarda and so mu more..

Great quiet place for a family

Wonderful place, complete with everything a family needs for a week at the beach. We were just disappointed with the beach…it’s quickly disappearing. I hope the state is able to restore it. We would love to come back but won’t until the beach is restored.

Just what We needed

We loved this property - the space was just right for our family of 5. Being right on the water was a very special treat - we took full advantage of the beach and the boogie boards! The neighborhood was quiet and very family friendly. The traffic heading to "downtown" Siesta Key got a little heavy at times but it was worth it to be away from the crowds when we chose to be. Thank you for a great vacation!

Love the location

Owners were very cooperative and willing to make changes to our reservation because of the beach renourishment. I appreciated their consideration and willingness to accommodate us if the beach was unavailable. The condo could use some updating and maintenance but was adequate for our needs. We look forward to returning.

Amazing views. Great location. Very easy with children - 8 and 11 years old. Had everything we needed to cook and extras such as sun shades and beach toys. We loved the kayaks and paddleboards. The breeze trolley made it very easy to get around. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Paradise

We spent five nights after Christmas and through New Years Day. The unit is clean and extremely well stocked (THANK YOU!). We particularly love the ground level and being able to walk right out of the unit to only a few steps to the beach. The sunsets are incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again sometime this year.

We were truly impressed with this condo. The quality of the renovation and the attention to detail are exceptional. Every piece of furniture is beautiful, and the entire interior is thoughtfully designed with great taste. Everything feels stylish, modern, and incredibly welcoming.The condo is equipped with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen has everything you need, and even the dishes are beautiful and a pleasure to use. There is a great variety of towels, and we especially appreciated that beach towels were provided as well.We also loved that so much beach equipment was available—beach chairs, umbrellas, snorkeling masks, fishing gear, paddleboards, and much more. The owners truly thought of everything, so we never had to worry about bringing or buying anything.One of our favorite features was the incredible proximity to the water. We enjoyed relaxing in the private lounge chairs and loved having steps leading directly into the water, making it easy to go for a swim whenever we wanted.The natural surroundings made this place even more special. The water was crystal clear, and the sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset over the water each evening became one of the highlights of our trip.You can truly tell that the owners put a lot of love and care into creating this place. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. This is one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in.

Perfect

Condo complex was quiet and well kept. The condo was well supplied, well equipped with lovely furnishings. One of concerns when renting is cleanliness. This condo was an 11 out of 10 for cleanliness! Location is awesome. Our GPS was less than cooperative and we had to text the owners. They called within minutes and easily got us to our destination. Everything was perfect.

An amazing vacay!!!

We spent 7 days at this amazing gem! Literally steps to the beach. Shorter beach to the ocean which was great as we were taking in as much ocean as we could. The bed was great! Dual shower head in main bedroom. Outside patio was nice. Everything but the food was provided. We have already booked for next year!!! It’s going to be a long wait to make our way down there but it will totally be worth it. You will not regret booking here! Family of 5 ( two 13 year olds and a 6 year old). Lots of room and they loved it.
