🌴Provided for your stay: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, pool towels, cleaning supplies & trash bags to get you through your stay. We also have a coffee bar, supply clean linens on the beds, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap, so you don't have to run back out to the store.

- No smoking or vaping inside the condo or patio (community area on the property)$300 cleaning fee if broken

- No pets in this unit, the unit is pet-free- $300 fee if rule is broken

- Must be able to climb stairs (3rd floor unit, no elevator)

- No Trailers or boats allowed on building property (HOA Rules)

- No charging golf carts or electric cars (HOA Rules)

- This condo currently sleeps no more than 8 (HOA Rules)

Reel Time Off is located on the top floor of the Yachtsman. There are stairs to access the unit, no elevator (indoor stairwell). Accommodation for 2 cars.



The Neighborhood:

Welcome to the vibrant North End of Carolina Beach! Our condo is ideally situated for exploring all this charming area has to offer. You're just a short, 4-minute walk from the sandy shores, perfect for a day of sunbathing, swimming, or building sandcastles. For dining, you'll find a variety of options within a few minutes' drive, from casual seafood shacks to family-friendly restaurants. Head a little further south to explore the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk (a short drive, or a pleasant bike ride with the provided bikes), where you can enjoy classic boardwalk treats, arcades, and entertainment. Nearby, you can also explore Freeman Park, a beautiful natural area great for leisurely walks and enjoying the local flora and fauna. For those who enjoy water activities, the North End Pier is also close by, offering fishing opportunities and stunning ocean views. This neighborhood truly offers a perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment, all within easy reach of our condo.



Getting Around:

Just a 5-minute walk to the public beach access. We provide chairs and a wagon to pull your gear. A cooler is also provided, and an ice maker on site.

Carolina Beach, North Carolina, is the perfect coastal getaway packed with fun for everyone. Spend your days lounging on the sandy beach, paddleboarding or surfing the waves, or exploring the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its shops, arcade, and classic seaside eats like Britt’s Donuts. Take one of the bikes and cruise around town, hike the scenic trails at Carolina Beach State Park, or head out on a boat tour to spot dolphins and take in the sunset. From beach bars and live music to fishing off the dock, paddleboarding, and weekly fireworks in the summer, there’s always something happening in this vibrant, laid-back beach town.



** We do not rent to groups of guests under 25 years of age. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent.

** Hurricane season: We are in a hurricane-prone area, and each year we face threats from approaching storms. Refunds are only issued if the city issues an evacuation order, requiring you to leave the island for safety. Unfortunately, weather conditions alone do not qualify for refunds unless they become life-threatening.

**Property is on the North End of Carolina Beach, seasonal changes, tides and weather can affect road conditions - specifically road flooding. High Tides and erosion may limit pool and sound access. No refunds issued for road flooding.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available through the App and are very responsive, and we love to communicate with our guests. We can also provide recommendations in the area.
