Overkommelige ferieboliger med en million dollar udsigt.

Denne lejlighed med 1 soveværelse har masser af plads og direkte udsigt over stranden. Fra tredje sal har du uhindret udsigt over hele stranden, men er lav nok til at høre surfen om aftenen.

Det store soveværelse har egen indgang til altanen, og det store vindue kan ��bnes for at høre surfen, mens du falder i søvn.

Køkkenet har alt hvad du behøver og er stort nok til at to personer komfortabelt forbereder et måltid.

Alle vores huslejer leveres med fuld sengetøj, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enhed og fuldt udstyret køkken, så alt hvad du behøver at bekymre dig om, er at have det sjovt! Derudover tilbyder vores kompleks en pool, grill / picnicområde, gratis WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade til stranden og et bekvemt marked ved siden af! I løbet af månederne marts til oktober tilbyder vi også GRATIS strand service! Vi er beliggende kun 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på smukke Okaloosa Island og kun 3/4 mile fra fremragende spisning, natteliv, butikker, vandaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Vores ejerlejligheder er ikke-ryger, og The Nautilus er en kæledyrsfri ejendom.

Great view. We wanted a beach front property. Not the side of a building, not down a street, nor any type of imposter or bait and switch property. This one delivered. Had a great stay Wished we couldhave stayed a couple of more days.

Wonderful getaway

Yes this is my first time using VRBO and staying at this property. The the communication was wonderful with the staff as I decided to add some additional days to my stay because I was having such a good time and they were happy to accommodate me and get me into the second unit quickly. The beach was beautiful the condo was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely be happy to stay here again in the future. I'm already planning my next trip thank you for a great stay

Overall the unit was comfortable and thoughtfully stocked with amenities for enjoying the beautiful ocean both outside and inside the unit! The building itself offered a clean pool, grilling equipment and building staff who provided excellent support Some exterior issues need attention, particularly water accumulating around entrance areas and parking lot could be a slip hazard. Otherwise, this is an excellent choice for a comfortable and relaxing vacation that I look forward to enjoying again soon. Dr. Pat H.

A relaxing experience

We booked through a travel site who messed up our reservation. Matt was quick to help and accommodate us by finding an alternate unit. The unit was clean, well maintained, and the condo staff were very nice.

nautilus

The location is perfect with easy access to the beach and Tom Thumb next door which we used a lot. The towels had an odor to them and did not absorb well. We will bring our own next time. The bed was overly soft and hot. The one- bedroom condo was small in the living area. It is an older facility but we keep coming back due to the location and beach facilities. We spent a lolt of time on the balcony. The beach set up was wonderful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful stay, as always. Never long enough. This unit could use a little updating in the bathroom & kitchen. Hated the plastic veneer on the cabinets. We do not cook while on vacation, but I do boil water for tea. There was no boiler large enough or tea kettle just to boil water. Coffee maker was hit or miss. Took 30 minutes just to drain through. Had trouble with the entry keypad several times, but management solved the problem immediately each time. Will continue to stay at the Nautilus. The family clientele, due to the rules, makes it the best place ever. I recommend The Nautilus to everyone!

Room was great. Had issues with cable boxes constantly loosing signal. One of the elevators went out and the pool was often closed for maintenance.
