Overkommelige ferieboliger med en million dollar udsigt.

Denne smukke 2 soveværelser har en fantastisk udsigt ikke kun fra stuen, men fra master seng værelse også. Køkkenet har de bløde lukte skuffer og kabinettet med masser af plads. Det har 2 dovne drengestole i stuen, så du kan sidde og se tv eller bare nyde udsigten.

Alle vores huslejer leveres med fuld sengetøj, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enhed og fuldt udstyrede køkkener, så alt hvad du behøver at bekymre dig om, er at have det sjovt! Derudover tilbyder vores kompleks en pool, grill / picnic område, gratis WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade til stranden og et bekvemt marked ved siden af! I månederne marts til oktober tilbyder vi også gratis strand service! Vi er beliggende kun 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på smukke Okaloosa Island og kun 3/4 mile fra fremragende spisning, natteliv, butikker, vandaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Vores ejerlejligheder er ikke-ryger, og The Nautilus er en kæledyrsfri ejendom.

Fourth time staying here, and as always it doesn’t disappoint. Rooms are clean, kitchen is nicely stocked up and the view from the balcony is amazing. We had a great stay!

This condo was a perfect place to stay. This was our 2nd yr of staying here. Has a perfect view and nice large balcony. Very well stocked but could use some dishcloths and large bowls with lids. Otherwise no complaints at all. Beach not crowded at all when we were there. There is a convenience market next door. Will definitely be back again!

Everything was great. Very accommodating. Clean,great view! I do wish there were a few extra blankets for the beds.

Nice place to stay

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. The condo has not been updated recently but it is still clean and comfortable. The ocean view from balcony was perfect. And the very short walk to the beach was also great!

The room was very nice and as represented in the pictures. The complex is showing its age, but it was a great value for the location. The pool was clean and nice, and the property is right on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better view or easier access to the beach. I'm mobility impaired so asked the umbrella guy to set me and my family up as close to the stairs as possible. He did one day, didn't the rest, and made an issue out of putting my family together. Charged us a fee for that. It started out as 40 something dollars a day, then 15. It seemed unseemly, and would probably prevent me from renting multiple rooms here again, but I didn't take off stars for the property because I don't know if he's even associated with them. It definitely affected our stay though. 40 extra dollars a day to put our chairs together is outrageous, especially when I tipped him 100 the first day. Jerk.

A Dolphin Tale

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I had a wonderful stay in this condo. It was very clean and cozy. The beds were extra comfortable!The balcony was private and the views were amazing. We saw dolphins on most mornings when the water was calm. It was such a fun sight! We could have spent most of the vacation just watching them play in the surf, looking out at all the families having fun on the beach, and watching/listening to the waves. Only issue was that a couple of the blinds in the guest bedroom were missing so could see out to the hallway (which means people could see in). We fixed it with a couple of towels hanging down and reported it to the front desk so hopefully it can be taken care of in the near future. The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. I appreciated all the texts we received from the Nautilus giving us information about our stay or just checking in to welcome us or see how things were going. I am thankful for our vacation and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!!!!

Location of this condo is perfect, and the kitchen has everything you need. I also loved the ease of access to the beach, and the beach chair service was fantastic. The building is a little dated, but still well maintained. My only complaint is that some small amenities and improvements could be made for the amount of money being spent. The bedding, pillows, lack of blankets, and some outdated accessories could be resolved easily. Overall, it was a really great location and experience.

We had a great stay, but I would think there would be more than one roll of toilet paper! I don’t mind buying other products, but one extra roll per bathroom is reasonable.
