Overkommelige ferieboliger med en million dollar udsigt.

Din søgning efter det ideelle ferieophold er nu forbi. Velkommen til Nautilus enhed 1601. Du vil opleve en af ​​?? de største og bedste møblerede balkoner på øen. Beliggende på 6. sal, med udsigt over den smukke Emerald Coast. Du vil helt sikkert sætte pris på de to chaiselongstoler, højbord og stole plus to lænestole med osmannisk og bord.

Køkkenet er helt opdateret med en ny ismaskine i 2017. Det store soveværelse med en kingsize seng og stort fladskærms-tv, får dig til at føle sig som kongelige. To hvilestole og en sovesofa med sovesofa gør det roligt at slappe af efter at have spillet på stranden. Gæsten soveværelset har en ny fladskærms-tv king size seng det er eget fuld bad og egen balkon med udsigt over den inter-kystnære vand vej.

Alle vores huslejer leveres med fuld sengetøj, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enhed og fuldt udstyrede køkkener, så alt hvad du behøver at bekymre dig om, er at have det sjovt! Derudover tilbyder vores kompleks en pool, grill / picnic område, gratis WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade til stranden og et bekvemt marked ved siden af! I månederne marts til oktober tilbyder vi også gratis strand service! Vi er beliggende kun 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på smukke Okaloosa Island og kun 3/4 mile fra fremragende spisning, natteliv, butikker, vandaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Vores ejerlejligheder er ikke-ryger, og The Nautilus er en kæledyrsfri ejendom.

We love the larger end units like this one that gives you spectacular views of the sunrise and had plenty of furniture on the balcony that we used daily. Although we eat out most of the time, this kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need.There were some minor things that need repaired, but I left a list with Nautilus so that these problems could be addressed. We will always eat once if not twice at Stewby's and we really enjoyed Lost Pizza. They have live music starting at 6:30 on Monday nights.

Balcony great, inside worn

It's really worn, furniture (especially sofa) is old & some is torn. You have to put pillows under the head on the sofa because it's lower than the foot. Screen door in loving room didn't slide & in bedrooms you really had to work to get them open/closed. It's in need of renovations. Honestly, I felt it was overpriced & did not live up to the pictures. This was our 3rd time @ Nautilus & we liked that unit a lot, just wish it were higher up than 2nd floor. We won't rebook this unit again though we will stay at The Nautilus, staff is very nice.

Reviewer Comments: My husband knows I love the beach and when I mentioned I'd love to wake up to turning 60 on the beach he said without hesitation, let's go.He didn't see what all the hoopla was about the first time we went (he's a woodsy guy) but he even said this time it was great! The condo was perfect with amazing views! Location was great and not too busy! We will definitely go back to Nautilus 1601 on Okaloosa Island!

Best Friends of 40 years Getaway

Several issues with the place that we have gone to for years made us look for another condo. I am so glad that I kept looking at the Nautilus when I was ready to book. Finding the Nautilus was a step out of our comfort zone as we stick to our beach/eating routines on a daily basis. We are 65 and 70 yrs. old and are creatures of habit. LOL! We did not know what to expect. The Nautilus was fabulous! From the very beginning they were great communicators. I was very informed about what to do and expect in order to have a glitch free vacation. The Nautilus was still close to everything that we were used to. We had everything that we needed in 1601 and more (with the exception of a gigger measure and dustpan) I have never stayed at a condo that was so well equipped! I had the master suite, and it was very comfortable. My friend stated that her bedroom/bath were comfortable as well. There is a built-in ice maker that is the bomb! Not to mention the side by side frig/freezer that kept everything very cold, which also has an ice maker. The beach view from 1601 is amazing! I loved how large the wrap around balcony is. Seats about 9 people. 1601 is just steps from the elevator, and trash chute. A very short walk to the beach. Everything was on our end of the building. We used the charcoal grills, and I must say that it was very difficult to lite as the wind is so strong, and there are no shields to deter the winds from the grills. Several people abandoned the effort. (The grills will not make me not go back). We watched the fireworks from the marionette balcony that looks over the bay side. I will definitely book there again next year. This is the first time that my feet were not black from walking around in a unit! Everyone that we came in contact with that works there were very friendly. I should have found this place several years ago. I will be booking Nautilus again!

Loved it!!

We had a wonderful time!! The property, pool, beach were all so clean! Everything was so convenient! The unit was beautiful, spacious clean. Huge balcony to enjoy the ocean front views!! One of the best overall stays we have ever had!!

We did not arrive early because years past we always had to wait until condo was ready First of all the condo floor was filthy. Our two-year-old grandson feet where black just walking/playing on the floor the first night we got there. a list of all the things wrong: bathroom facet wouldn't drain Plug ins in the kitchen didn't work (2) Bedroom dresser drawer didn't close Shower head (rain shower) barely trinkled out and no hot water to it, the washer had a lot of black mold all around the rubbed. The mattress on the 2nd bedroom is shot very uncomfortable .We went to the office several times and it was closed pretty much the whole week we were there. I happened to run into the woman that checked us in that week and mentioned to her that I been going to office to notify them of the problems, but no one was ever there. Her reply was you got a phone don't ya.. Anyway, she sent a maintenance man, and he fixed the sink and said he would have to order rubber for washer because he couldn't get all the mold out. We loved this condo, and the view is spectacular along with the balcony but very disappointed this year. The pool was never cleaned either had bugs and leaves all the time the only time it was cleaned was the day we left.Needless to say, we paid about 1000. more this year than last for the same week. We did end up getting a refund of 166. for cleaning
