Audrey is AWESOME! One of the nicest guests ever! Audrey is in the top 5 of all time. She was patient & understanding when our microwave broke down and put up with my many texts (I usually don't text other than a greeting or a goodbye). Audrey left our condo in perfect condition & she followed all house rules. She's welcome to stay at our place any time!

The condo was very clean and well kept. The owners communicated with me right away and offered to provide any assistance or information I wanted. It was very close to the pool and the ocean and there are lots of cute shops and nice restaurants nearby.

great place

The condo was beautiful, clean and cozy!!! The owners were super accommodating and helpful.The pool was fantastic and the beach trail was really fun to walk. Everything far exceeded our expectation and we are looking forward to coming back again.

Perfect!

Convenient Location

Scott's condo at Amelia Landings was very convenient to the beach, downtown Fernandina, grocery and restaurants. My husband and I especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Scott offered everything one would want as far as suggestions on places to eat and things to do in and around Amelia Island.

Best place to stay on the island

This condo was perfectly clean, great bikes, good instructions for use of all amenities, everything in perfect working order. The setting for the complex was stunning. We loved the pool, the back porch and the clean expansive beach. We cooked everyday, the kitchen could not have been better stocked, the owners thought of everything. The weekly rate is a real bargain, I am looking forward to visiting this place again.

A Walk Down Memory Lane

This property was excellent for my sister and I to enjoy a nostalgic weekend remembering the fun days we had as children visiting relatives at Fernandina. The facility felt like home with its decor and layout. It was situated within a short driving distance of restaurants and shopping.

A home away from home.

This is an extremely comfortable and well appointed rental. We found everything you could possibly need for a relaxing and home-like stay. It's obvious that the owners put much thought into what potential renters might need during their stay. Even though it was just the two of us, it would easily accommodate 4. I highly recommend it.

We were very happy with this condo rental. The location could not have been better as we could walk to ocean in minutes but had the pool when the weather was too chilly for the beach. The condo was very well equipped and very clean and updated. We appreciated the bikes that were supplied, we used them almost every day of our two week stay.

A Little Piece of Heaven

My husband & I spent 6 wonderful nights at this wonderful condo. We could not have found a better rental! From the second you drive onto the property, you realize you are leaving the hectic world behind. The condo is in a prime location on the property. All amenities you could want/need are either furnished, or within close proximity. We both agreed that this is at the top of our list for vacations we enjoyed!

Great Place to Stay in Fernandian Beach

Had a great stay at this condo. Exactly as presented. Scott was very easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or details. Condo was very clean, everything you needed for a kitchen was there, both bathrooms and bedrooms were well appointed. Living and dining areas were just right. Very close to everything,beach, shopping, restaurants. We would not hesitate too stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks Scott

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this place. We stayed there almost 3 weeks in July and wished to stay more if no need to come back to work. The owners provide everything for carefree vacation. The condo is clean and located in a quite place with walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops. That makes it perfect for family vacation. The swimming pool is large for this place, but we spent most of time at the beach, because we like to swim in the ocean. We are greatful for the owner's hospitality and their efforts to make our vacation memories bright.

Great for the techie

I needed to set up my computer, monitors and VOIP phone so I could still do some work. We've rented multiple places over the years and this is the first to have a great desk, along with direct access to the router on a high-speed Internet connection. You can tell that the owners pay attention to details and really try to provide all that you may have need of. We plan on renting there again.

A most pleasurable week spent with the best home base you could ask for!

Our family travelled to Amelia Island to look at Real Estate and needed a base to work from. We were very happy to find way more than just a place to regroup. We felt very welcome and cozy and ended up eating all but two meals in this well equipped, homey atmosphere. The screeened in porch was the main gathering place when we were not out or by the wonderful pool. Our daughter made a friend at the pool which is so handy to the condo. The walk to the beach was great and the general location of Amelia Landing was very convenient to everything. Everyone we encountered had smiles on their faces. Tis a happy place!

LOOK NO FURTHER!

Recently enjoyed a 3-night "girls getaway", and Scott's place delivers everything it promises and more, By FAR the most well-equipped unit we've ever stayed in anywhere (and we do a LOT of "girls getaways"!) Convenient location, comfortable beds, an owner who has thoughtfully provided tons of useful information and has included every possible amenity, and it was absolutely IMMACULATE. Only one problem that we found: It was almost impossible to drag ourselves away from wine and girl talk on that incredible balcony to go do much of anything else!! This place is a true gem, and we will definitely be back.

Best of Both Worlds - great condo - great location

Many thanks to Lou and Scott our gracious hosts for a quick Mother daughter weekend. The condo was just right. All the conveinences and more. The condo was new, clean and so relaxing. Having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the screen proch was a super treat. We enjoyed the ability to pool it or beach it. Downtown shops were a treat. Thrift shops near by had lots of treasures. Highly reccomend this rental. Thank You again - our hosts were very accomodating - restaurant reccomendations - where to go etc.

Quiet, clean, peaceful and convenient

Scott and Lu's place is great! We enjoyed the split floor plan - our daughter felt like she had her privacy as did we! Clean, comfortable, and all the amenities of home. They have thought of EVERYTHING. Check-in was the easiest we've ever had! Proximity to beach is excellent and a just a short drive to downtown shopping and restaurants. The screened porch is HUGE! We took advantage of meals out there and felt as if we were eating in the trees! Pool was peaceful to float in after a day in the pounding surf! Privacy is amazing for a condo community. We will stay with them again.

So much more than we expected.

My wife and I stayed here for a week in late March. First of all the grounds are nicely secluded, lush with vegetation, and quiet. The weather was a little chilly, which has nothing to do with the condo, but the beds are so very comfortable I could have stayed there all day. The condo has tasteful and quality furnishings, the kitchen is gorgeous, the view is lovely, and it's conveniently located to everything you'll want to do if you actually decide to go out. I enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch (with a view of the pool) and reading for hours. We are definitely looking forward to going back again. If you get a chance to meet the owners it will make your stay even more fun.

Niece's wedding weekend

We were in town for our niece's wedding in a nearby town and decided to stay in Ameila Island. The condo was in the perfect location, while it's not directly on the beach, it is just a short walk down the street. Trying to find beach parking on the weekend can be trying, and the location of the condo eliminates all the frustation, just gather your chairs and enjoy the walk (it's really a short walk)! The condo offers everything you could possibly need, plus things you might have forgotten. It is newly renovated and the kitchen is beautiful (we didn't have the time on this visit to use, but it had everything you could think of - all you have to bring is your food. We enjoyed our stay and would definately stay again!

Wonderful!

This condo had it all! Great location, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Even walked to the grocery store. Nice to have both bedrooms with queen beds for 2 couples. Spent a lot of time on the screened porch. The kitchen is well stocked and it was nice to cook a couple of nights on the grill. It was very clean and everything is new. Beach chairs, boogie boards, bicycles -- everything you could possibly need is right there. Surprised by the awesome selection of books and movies too but we lucked out with the weather and did not spend much time indoors. Can't wait to get back to the island and stay again!!

Beautiful!

We loved the condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed! The condo is so private with lush trees surrounding it. Our kids often felt like we were in a jungle with all the birds and frogs chirping throughout the day! We also enjoyed the closeness of the pool and beach. We were also close enough to drive to the Main beach so we checked that out too! Scott's guide to places to see and eat was very helpful, we ate at T-Rays and they certainly have the best burgers! The kids wanted to eat there every day! Thanks again for a great stay! We definitely will rent from Scott again! We wanted a place that we can rest and relax and Scott's condo made it easy for our family to have this time together!

Great stay!!!All info. we received was very accurate...no surprises, the photos were very accurate.

We really enjoyed the condo. Everything was perfect...all we needed was made available. We especially enjoyed having the bikes and used them every day. It was in a perfect location close to all the drug stores, groceries, and all other shopping. I developed an infection while in Amelia...got advice from Scott. He recommended a clinic...where I received excellent care. I was nervous about going to a health clinic in a foreign country (I'm Canadian.ha!ha!) but they were excellent and explained the whole routine.

Exceeded Expectations

We booked this rental as a Labor Day Weekend getaway to end the summer. We were a little uncertain on the rental based on the pictures, but eventually settled with this rental based on value. The actual appearance and layout was much better than the pictures showed. The condo is freshly updated and is very clean at arrival (which was a positive for my germaphobe wife). The location is perfect; over looking the clean pool, and only a short walk to the beach. The condo is well equipped and we loved the screened in balcony. Scott is very helpful and will answer any question promptly. We will be back!!!

We spent a happy month at this condo. We enjoyed the privacy of the large screened porch, the proximity to the pool, the short walk to Egan's Creek Greenway and to the beach. Also, we liked the short walk to Slider's Beach Bar on the beach where we imbibed in a few beers and great salads. Groceries, pharmacies and historic downtown Fernandina were a short drive. The kitchen was well equipped with spices, pots and pans, as well as new appliances. All beach necessities -chairs, umbrella, beach towels were provided by owner. Our stay was excellent thanks to the owner attention to details. We were even offered a mid-month cleaner and linen change. We'll come back for sure.
