Had a wonderful stay. Property is beautiful and was perfect for our group. We were in town for a dance convention for our daughters and wanted to stay offsite from the hotel. Management was very responsive to any questions we had and accommodating to our needs. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic back yard and heated pool

The four full bedrooms and fantastic backyard set up with heated pool made this the perfect place for our family getaway.

Fun house

We loved our stay here! All the furnishings were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The house was super clean! We loved the back yard especially the outdoor pool table! Hope to stay here again!

Girls Weekend

This is our second stay at this home. Love the decor of the house, outside amenities of the property, location, and comforts within. Kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated the written communications provided.

July 4th Weekend

Visited this property for a 12th Birthday celebration for my daughter and her friends. Location, Location, Location, of this property to the proximity of attractions in Palm Springs is second to none. Overall property was well maintained with all the necessary accommodations for a large party. Only negative is the outside noise laws, it would have been nice to have an actual pool party, however the FUN was still there to be had. Property management was very responsive to quick fix on hot tub temperature.

Hello Donald Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate hearing from our guests. The local laws are set by the City of Palm Springs, and not by the homeowner or Oasis Rentals. Being one of the only cities in the valley that allows for short term rentals, it is also the land of music festivals and events, therefore the city does set strict music and outdoor laws for guests in vacation rentals so that the neighbors and guests can all enjoy the city and neighborhoods. Our stay at Atomic Garden last week was truly wonderful. The check-in process was very easy, the fact that we could park our cars in the garage was a huge plus. The home was clean and well equipped in every way, from the kitchen to the baths and the pool towels, etc., we weren't lacking a thing. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, etc. was minutes in any direction. The pool was refreshing and the spa was perfect. We enjoyed the outdoor bar and bbq area along with the ample seating in the back yard. Our only issue was that the front 3 bedrooms were very warm, the tower fans provided some relief but not enough to cool the rooms off. Also, the full bath without a skylight is very dark, I'd recomend they put brighter bulbs in the fixture. Thank you so much for delivering on your promise of a beautiful home. The mountain views were stunning, in the evening we were able to track the Palm Springs Tram as it made its way up and down the mountain. We also enjoyed some very spectacular sunsets. I'd highly recommend Atomic Garden for your next visit to Palm Springs. The hosts are very responsive with questions, all in all it was a fabulous week!!!

More than we imagined!

When looking for a vacation you hope reality comes close to the pictures viewed online. In this case, the reality of the home, the backyard and the surrounding mountains exceeded our expectations. The interior of the home is well maintained, nicely stocked and very clean. This house is defined by the outdoor living areas. The pool, hot tub, fire pit, dining area and fabulous trio of hammocks. And the view of the mountains changed hourly - fascinating to watch. Our check in experience included a personalized tour, communications with property management were timely and responsive. We enjoy visiting different areas of the country and seldom return to previously visited homes - but this property will make us break that rule.

Half and half

My first 2 nights were great. The last 2 were horrible. The smoke detector needs batteries, carbon monoxide alarm was sounding off too. All around midnight to 5am. Only happened when we'd shut windows for the night. No contact from VRBO regarding this issue. Just charged me the same. 2 great nights, 2 horrible. Half and half.

Perfect for framily time

Fabulous property for getting together to catch up with friends who are family. Perfect for 3 couples so each had their own bath. 1 main BR with bath and sliding door to a small, secluded side patio. 3 BRs on front side of house and 2 baths on the opposite side of the hallway. Great living room and kitchen set up on the back side of the house and excellent backyard spaces, grill, fire pit, pool, and hot tub. Frequent plane noise b/c of proximity to airport. No music outside b/c of PS ordinance. Neither dampened our spirits or experience.

Perfect Get Away

Perfect location, perfect property, excellent communication with property manager. Pool and hot tub were just the ticket! House is walking distance to grocery store and a 6 minute drive away from everything in the shopping and entertainment district. Have definitely added this house to our "will rent again" list for Palm Springs.

Palm Springs getaway

It was just as I expected from photos and perfect for our getaway. Special thanks to Kristian who was so helpful and kind and competent. She really enhanced our trip. A couple of my guests said the pillows needed to be replaced but that was the only suggestion I heard from them. THANKS VRBO and Oasis Properties!

Perfect house for a girls' weekend!

We loved this house. We were a group of 4 adults. We each had our own bedroom. The house had 3 full bathrooms. The home was very cool and well appointed. Living room, dining room, small bar, full kitchen, washer/dryer, etc. But, the outside amenities were even more amazing. Pool (which you can pay a small amount to have heated, we did!), spa attached to pool, lounging area, hammocks, bar and grill, outside living room and dining table, with another small seating area around the side of the home. This place was perfect. The home was nestled in a delightfully quiet neighborhood. We walked to some bars/restaurants (20 mins through nice little enclaves, perfect). Or easy uber ride to / from other places. There was also an Albertson's Grocery Store (schedule delivery...with alcohol!) nearby along with a Starbucks and plenty of delivery and takeout places. 55 minute drive to Joshua Tree Nat'l Park, 10 minute to the Aerial Tram that takes you up to the top of San Jacinto (hiking trails, amazing views of the whole valley below) and golf courses nearby. Highly recommend this home and would also rebook for myself.

Comfortable with a great view

The place was beautiful, comfortable and had a great view. All of the rooms were comfortable. The outside spaces were also comfortable. I spent most of my time out there!

Erin, We are sorry to hear you feel you had a mediocre experience. I understand that you were upset because SCE (power company) turned off the power for a few hours during your stay to the entire neighborhood so that they could replace a damaged power line. I am afraid that this was outside of our control, and not directly related to the property, so was not something we could compensate you for. The power was restored as quickly as they were humanly possible. I am sorry that these few hours overshadowed the remainder of your stay at this amazing home. We apologize for any inconvenience the neighborhood power outage caused you.

Great place for a girls getaway

We spent 4 nights here on a girls getaway. The place was very clean and just like the pictures. When we had a question or problem, the owner came right out and fixed it. The house was in a great location near a grocery store and within 10 minutes of downtown. We would definitely return in the future.

Great Family Rental

Located close to the airport and within a few minutes drive of whatever you may require. The house was equipped with everything we needed and very well kept. Very manicure lawn and beautiful pool area with lots of water toys. We are a family of 6 and had more than enough room, we would highly recommend this house.

This was a very lovely place to stay.

We were met by Eric who gave us all the directions we needed to enjoy our stay. The house was fun and well stocked with everything we needed. We spent Christmas here so a lot of cooking took place.
