A/C doesn't work, and I couldn't get any help for the jacuzzi which you have to pay extra to make warm. I mean who wants to get in a cold jacuzzi?

We were so disappointed with this house we couldn’t even stay a full 24 hours (we had a reservation for 4 days )… the AC was terribly weak and for the location it is in that is totally unacceptable. Our group was sweating all night the place was too small and stuffy to even be able to think straight ! It also took 2 hours to gain access to one of the rooms that was locked when we arrived ! WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE (if you are looking for a smooth check in and a comfortable setting )

Really lovely property with beautiful mid-century (1957) architecture, very nice interior, great pool and spectacular view. Primary bedroom was great with a very nice bathroom. Second bedroom nice; third bedroom with twin beds gets a "good." Main bathroom good with smaller twins sinks and a soaker tub with shower. Some confusion about the 4th bedroom, which we needed (a group of 5 single guys), which prompted a call to the property owner, but it turned out to be a casita which we initially thought was off limits (the lock was so stiff we didn't think it was open to users). A blip on arrival as we were given the code to the front door but not the entrance gate (needed that to get to front door). A musty smell on entry that seemed to dissipate over the 4-night stay. Pool was full of leaves but we took care of it on arrival and pool cleaner came the next day also. No direction about laundry/bedding for departure, so we left it in place. Apart from the arrival hiccups, we loved it. Quiet, great location, great kitchen and pool area, excellent BBQ, beautiful artwork throughout. Property team were great to deal with, and the value for what we got was excellent. Would definitely consider staying there again (or just buying it and living there)!

Great stay in a beautiful home. We enjoyed the ample seating room in the living room and outdoors. The view can’t be beat and it was great to walk around the neighborhood and admire all the homes. Close distance to town and airport. We visited in early April and luckily it was not too hot outside because you were only allowed to turn the thermostat no lower than 76 degrees. Would have been nice to know this prior or the home to provided fans in the bedrooms.

The house was beautiful and fully appointed. The music restrictions were a bummer, 0 music outside. I get it that people with no awareness have tightened the rules for the rest of us. Despite the restrictions, we had a fabulous time. I hope our next visit will be less restrictive, like playing music (low volume) outside.

Great Getaway in Palm Springs

The pool and outdoor area in this house were amazing. Plenty of room for three families to spread out, and the casita in the back was a great place for the adults to hang out. The reservation, check-in, and check-out process is always very easy with Vacation Palm Springs.

Nice house, close to everything!

This is a beautiful home. Very comfortable, excellent pool and jacuzzi. Kitchen was the best equipped I've ever encountered in a rental. Over all, I'd highly recommend this house.

Fabulous spot to chill with friends

We were participating in a festival in PSP and this house was a perfect retreat for all of us. We had several people yet it never felt crowded since it’s so spacious. Lovely neighborhood too and we had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the pool.

Relaxing vibe.

My family and I traveled from Tahoe to getaway from the cold. This home was the perfect desert getaway retreat. Definitely has a great relaxing vibe, well worth paying a bit extra for the pool to be heated. Great outdoor setting with amazing mountain views.
