Centered in the heart of the home is the fully equipped state-of-the-art chef’s kitchen featuring beautiful quartz counters, enormous prep island, Viking 6-burner professional gas range, built-in microwave, French style refrigerator with ice maker, Bosch dishwasher, large farm sink and loads of custom wood cabinets for storage. There’s plenty of room for all of the chefs in this spacious kitchen including those wishing to watch the cooking in action from the breakfast bar. The adjacent elegant dining area is a sun soaked room to enjoy early morning coffee or an enchanting dinner with views of the pool and gardens.

OUTDOORS LIVING SPACES

Bathed in year round sunshine, the magnificent outdoor-living environment is what makes this property truly special. The completely private and meticulously maintained grounds are walled and gated to provide the utmost seclusion and safety for your guests, children or furry friends. The western views of Mount San Jacinto, soaring 10,000 feet above the desert floor, are simply breathtaking. Explore the variety of outdoor living spaces to suit all your leisure activities. Float aimlessly in the lagoon style pool with multiple water spillway features and easy remote control operation. Soak your cares away in the elevated spa with waterfall that cascades into the pool over a natural stone spillway. For sun worshipers, there are comfortable padded chaise lounges to enjoy a full day of sun. If shade is what you crave, hang out in the cabana with privacy curtains, deep cushion seating and a ceiling fan. Sip morning coffee while watching the sunrise. In the evenings, enjoy poolside dining under the covered lanai with fireside chiminea. There’s also a natural gas Weber BBQ, outdoor shower and pool floats to complete the perfect outdoor experience.

BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS

All three bedrooms are furnished with comfort and tranquility in mind. Each is nicely appointed with high quality linens, plush new mattresses, plenty of closet space, ceiling fans and 55-inch ROKU TVs. The sunken grand master suite is a private sanctuary with a rich wood double door entry, sitting area, King bed with tufted headboard and access to the pool and spa through French doors. The sumptuous en suite bath offers a spacious walk-in custom tile enclosure with double shower heads, double vanity sinks, antique bronze fixtures and enormous walk-in closet with dresser. There’s also a convenient bathroom door to the cabana and pool area.

The guest bedroom suite offers a Queen bed with tufted headboard and access to atrium through French doors. The ensuite bath features a vibrant tiled walk-in shower and stone vessel sink. The third bedroom has a Queen bed with scroll iron headboard, walk-in closet and access to the atrium through French doors. The third full bath is located in the hall adjacent to this guest bedroom and offers a walk-in custom tile glass enclosed shower, beautiful wood vanity with quartz counter and linen cabinet.


AMENITIES

For our guests added convenience we offer a separate laundry closet with full size washer and dryer, WiFi, ROKU TV, estate disposal service and a motorized gated driveway with 2-car garage. All linens, towels & pool floats provided too.

OPTIONAL FEES

For stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/day or $650/week. Pool heat is not needed between June - September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $65/ day. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of an Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.

LOCATION

This private Spanish showplace is the ultimate Palm Springs getaway for discerning snowbirds looking for a private, relaxing, and warm retreat. It’s also well suited for couples looking for a romantic getaway or for family vacations. We strive to provide you all the comforts of home without the work. That is why we offer all our guests access to a local property manager on call to attend to your needs. Weekly gardening service and pool service twice per week are also provided. This property is nestled in the historical Mesa neighborhood, home to legendary Hollywood celebrities like Clark Gable, Barry Manilow, Robert Wagner, Natalie Wood, Sonny Bono and author/fitness guru Suzanne Somers. This home is currently included in the Hidden Paradise Walking Tour of The Mesa conducted by the PS Historical Society. Close to downtown Palm Springs village center, it’s the perfect locale to experience all the attractions and entertainment that Palm Springs has to offer including day spas, golfing, boutiques, museums, art galleries, dining, coffee houses, cabarets, live theatre, hiking, biking, horseback riding, gambling, bars and night clubs. The location is within walking distance to Morton’s Botanical Garden, Indian Canyon hiking trails, Mr. Lyons restaurant & bar, Ace Hotel and more.
