House Rules and Guidelines
1. Age Requirement & Occupancy: The primary guest associated with the booking must be at least 25 years old and must stay on-site throughout the reservation. Guests not originally listed on the reservation will result in an extra guest fee of $150/night per person. The maximum occupancy allowed is 8 individuals. No Exceptions.

2. Restrictions on Events, Parties and Commercial Use: Holding events, parties, or engaging in business activities, including photography or filming, on the property is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced between 9:00 PM. and 7:00 AM. Exceptions cannot be made in this regard.

3. Strict No Smoking, Vaping, e-cigarettes policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited on premises. Violation of this policy will result in additional charges of up to $1500. No exceptions will be made.

4. Strict No-Pets Policy: To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, we have a strict no-pets policy in place. Any disregard for this policy will result in additional cleaning fees of up to $1500. No exceptions.

5. Boat Lift & Dock: No boat trailers allowed on the property. Guests can use the boat dock, but using the boat lift is prohibited. Children are not allowed on the boat lift. It might be in use by the owner or other renters.

6. Damages: Avoid leaving sliding glass doors open for extended periods, as it can compromise the house due to high humidity in the area. Stains from items like suntan, lotion etc. are your responsibility. Maintain items as found for the next guests. Do not set the Air Conditioner thermostat below 76 degrees-may cause freeze-up and loss of cooling. Do not use the ladder/step stool (please request for light bulb replacement etc.)

7. Trash & Cleaning: Clean and pack except for items needed on the day of departure. For used bed sheets and towels, kindly place them in laundry room. Dispose of garbage in the provided receptacles outside garage. You are expected to leave the property free of excess laundry, dishes, and trash. Empty out the refrigerator.

8. Pool: Please adhere to posted pool rules, supervise children, No jumping or glass near the pool. Elderly, pregnant or have health conditions, consult a doctor before use. Keep screen doors around the pool closed.

9. BBQ Grill: After grilling, kindly turn off the grill and ensure patio doors are closed to prevent smoke from entering the house. Please clean the grill before checkout to avoid any additional cleaning fees. $100 Grill cleaning charges will be charged if found dirty. BBQ tools are in one of the labeled kitchen closet.

The AmeriGas/Blue Rhino Tank in the Gas Grill can be exchanged at Publix, Win Dixie or any other home improvement store on the island for a small fee.

10. Parking: You may park up to 2 cars outside the garage. Parking inside the garage is prohibited, no parking on swales, or on sidewalks as per city ordinances (Marco city ordinance Fines up to $1700 per day). Please refrain from using the owner`s bikes

11. Check-In & Check-Out: Please note that our check-in and check-out times are firm due to cleaning schedules. Staying beyond these times might incur an additional night`s rent. Thank you for your cooperation as we seek to provide the property in a clean and welcoming condition for each guest!

12. Beach Equipment: If used, please clean, and return the provided beach equipment to the garage.

13. Patio Furniture: The 6 x chairs, 2 x Loungers, 2 Chairs, or any stools on the lanai/patio must not be left at the boat dock if you decide to take them there. Please bring them back on the patio after use to avoid being blown away or getting misplaced/damaged. Place the seat/lounger cushions in the garage before checkout.

14. Fire and First Aid Kit: For safety reasons, please refrain from using lit candles. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit is available in the kitchen cabinet next to pool entrance.

15. Pool Heat Pump Schedule: Heater operates and tries to maintain 85° from 8 AM-Noon and 3-7 PM between *January and April*. Leaving it on overnight is ineffective as heat pumps draw heat from the atmosphere. Please do not touch the pool filter/heater controls.

16. Security Measures: For your utmost comfort and security, please be informed that we have implemented a camera surveillance system at the property. Outdoor security cameras cover the front, back, and side yards, along with one inside and outside the garage, and another facing the rear boat dock. These cameras diligently monitor all entry and exit points and they will remain operational throughout your stay.

17. Guest list: A guest list including full names and ages of all people who will be staying overnight and/or visiting the property at any time during the stay must be provided in writing at least 24 hours prior to the guest(s) entering the property. The presence of any people not on the guest list is not allowed without advance approval. Message us for approval for any daytime visitors.
