THE WAVES HOUSE! 7 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the JW Marriott
The walk to the beach is 7 minutes. This remodeled home has tons of offerings. A lot of thought has gone into this property to make your stay on Marco Island one of your best. The home itself turned out amazing, and almost everything is new! Like countless times on this listing I am telling you how close you are to the beach and a lot more outdoor activities, but that isn't even half of it. When it is time to relax in the heated salt water pool with a hot tub that both are set to exactly the same temperature as the JW Marriott, I have you covered there with plenty of floats and toys. For those who prefer shade, the covered lanai has comfy lounge area as well as a nice dining table for eating meals al fresco!
For walking to the beach, the house is equipped with a beach cart, beach buggy, chairs, multiple coolers and umbrellas. Also there are 4 bikes in the garage when you want to ride around our beautiful island and explore.
And don't worry if the sun is not shining. There are plenty of indoor games to keep you amused. You and your guests will love the fast action of the 89" air hockey table, challenging each other to chess or checkers at the pub table or winning at the king size "Connect 4" game. Enjoy the recessed ambient lighting in the common area rooms after dark. The home has a total of 4 TV's.: the master and the guest room each have 55" smart TV's., while the living room and game room both have 65" smart TV's.
Hopefully you will enjoy our many delicious restaurants on Marco Island, but if you want to cook at home, you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and grilling area. It has everything you will need to prep and cook... just bring your own catch (even if it's from the market!) If there's something in the kitchen that you may need that's not provided, I would really like to know! I think I've thought of everything.
Check in is a breeze at the Waves House. You will receive your personal combination to the garage and front door so you don't have to worry about the hassle of picking up and returning keys.

Immaculate property with all the bells and whistles. Our family of 5 had the most wonderful time at this home. Location is awesome. Near the beach, near restaurants, near shopping. We would stay here again and again. 100/100! The host, Matt, also wonderful. Left useful tips and a map. I honestly can't say enough great things about this place. As you can tell by all the other perfect ratings, this place is truly that - perfect!

Great stay in Marco!
Terrific location, great house with all the amenities! Communication was great and the house truly has everything you could need! Beach access super close, pool was warm….no complaints!

Beach vacation
Stayed a week in this awesome house. We loved our stay and didnt miss the snow back home. Our host was very responsive and not intrusive. Will definitely stay here again if its available!

This is our 4th time staying at this rental property! Matt is awesome to work with and the house is always so clean! The location is amazing- short walk to beach, restaurants…etcWe will be back! Fun in the sun!
We absolutely loved this house and had so much fun!! The Waves house was perfect in every way! Great amenities and location to enjoy the perfect beach vacation. Can't wait to go back!!

Excellent rental!

Family trip
Had a lovely stay with my husband, our 2 daughters (ages 5 and 1), and my mom. Pool was great, and short walk to the beach. House is beautifully maintained and equipped.

It was just as described, therefore exactly what we wanted. The host, Matt, was great and helpful as needed. And really liked it was loaded with beach gear for us to use.

Great location and host
Was exactly where we wanted to be. Check in was seamless. Everything was as advertised. Amenities were great. Host was attentive and communicated well. There are four of us in this space fit perfectly.

Everything we needed for a great stay!
We stayed here as a family for spring break. The house was clean, beautiful, and in a great location. Everything was as-described or better and the owner did a great job to have all the little extras (beach gear, cooking stuff, etc.) in place that made our stay a breeze. The pool was great and everything about the property was in outstanding condition. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

I have lived on Marco full time since 2011. I bought my first rental property 2 years ago and had such a great experience and awesome reviews that I purchased another one to remodel. This is what I do for a living so I am always available and take GREAT PRIDE in making all my guests enjoy this paradise called Marco Island.

I bought this property because it is so close to the famous white sand Marco Island beach, the great hotels, and all the restaurants, shopping and interesting things to do. It is in a terrific neighborhood.
Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt
I love that this home is across the street from the beach, but it is also so wonderfully private, with shrubs around the whole back yard and pool for when you want to be away from everyone.
