Welcome to your private oasis in Valley Stream, Long Island. This spacious, sun-filled home blends modern elegance with ultimate comfort—perfect for families or groups seeking a stylish getaway. This is my private home so I do not allow parties or large groups over the guest max of 8 . Also I do not allow visitors who aren't part of the guest list for insurance and safety reasons .

King-size bed, flat-screen TV, dresser, closet, side table with lamp, and bright windows.

Pull-out couch and air mattress(matress available upon request only ) ; comfortably sleeps 6–8 guests.

Full upstairs hallway bath with stand-up shower; first-floor half bath for convenience.

Expansive living room with plush seating, natural light, small exercise area, and work desk with printer.

Gourmet kitchen with island,

A real hidden gem of a spot. 10/10 it was an amazing family friendly stay. The host was friendly and very responsive. The area is conveniently close to the mall and the outdoor deck/ backyard area is beautiful.

A cute, serene and perfect place to stay! Surprisingly peaceful oasis away from the bustle of New York! Comfortable and perfect for our family with shops and restaurants nearby. Rosie was an astounding host, went above and beyond even before the check-in time to drop off our luggage. Kitchen is fully stocked not only with amenities like spoons, pots and pans but also with all kinds of spices. As the daybreak, the sunshine fills the house with cheerfulness and energy for the next venture. She thought about every little details and definitely about you. Lovely decor, wonderful, kind and responsive host, would highly recommend and come back for future stays!

This house is just very nice! Easy instructions on checking-in. Upon entering the door, it immediately felt like home. Floor was clean and shiny and it smells good. You can actually sense that the house was thoroughly/professionally cleaned. There were rooms that you are not allowed to access, and I love that there is a sign on the doors for reminders. The kitchen was super nice, and pretty aesthetic. Communicating with Rosie was easy and smooth. She is quick to respond to you and very understanding. She made the house very comfortable and homey. I’d definitely going to book her house again when we travel back to NY! Absolutely recommend this house to future renters! Thank you Rosie for accomodating us!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for our family. Rosie was an incredible host she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs throughout our stay and was such a pleasure to communicate with. It is a beautiful home in a quiet and safe neighborhood with many conveniences related to shopping, food and transportation (train, airport and ride share). Thank you Rosie for the stay! House was very clean, I loved that she asks to remove shoes or wear booties in the house. Bathrooms well stocked as well as some coffee and a few odds and ends. Black out curtains in the bedrooms. Very responsive. Check in was seamless. Highly recommend staying here. There is a mall right on the other side of the fence, you could walk there if you wanted to.
