You're just steps from the sane, direct beach access is super easy (with no roads to cross!) It just takes a few minutes to go downstairs, go to the end of the building, and take the short boardwalk across the dune and out to the sand.

The whole condo is yours to enjoy while you're here. The only shared spaces are the ones outside the unit like the pool, fitness room, BBQ area, oh, and the beach!

We want to make sure our place is a good fit for you. Please review our house rules before you book:

The available parking is free but it is limited to only 2 vehicles and does not allow for any RVs, campers, or trailers.

Additionally, the HOA rules do not allow pets or smoking/vaping anywhere on the property, inside or outside (this includes balconies, walkways, and all outdoor areas.) Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00am. No parties, please. Please note, if the HOA assess any fines for violation of rules, these will be passed onto the guest.
