Nyt til lejeprogrammet er professionelle billeder endelig her! Dette er en stor 2 soveværelse 2 bad enhed med vores patenterede Million Dollar View! Har nye stue møbler med en ny 50 "tv.

Alle vores huslejer leveres med fuld sengetøj, vaskemaskine / tørretumbler i enhed og fuldt udstyrede køkkener, så alt hvad du behøver at bekymre dig om, er at have det sjovt! Derudover tilbyder vores kompleks en pool, grill / picnic område, gratis WIFI, bilvask område, strandpromenade til stranden og et bekvemt marked ved siden af! I løbet af månederne marts til oktober tilbyder vi også gratis strand service! Vi er beliggende kun 5 minutter fra både Fort Walton Beach og Destin på smukke Okaloosa Island og kun 3/4 mile fra fremragende spisning, natteliv, butikker, vandaktiviteter og Gulfarium!

Vores ejerlejligheder er ikke-ryger, og The Nautilus er en kæledyrsfri ejendom.

No issues. We even left a Nintendo switch and they reached out to get it back to us. A lot of people wouldn't have done that. We will be staying again!

Awesome Hot Vacation

Nautilus was a great place to stay. Great views and restaurants close by. Traffic was mostly crazy but expected!

Wonderful condo

We really enjoyed our stay. Check in and check out process was so easy. Nice beach view from the balcony. Loved being so close to beach access and a short drive to Destin.

Construction going on so it was loud in the mornings and workers right on the balcony. The condo itself was good but could of used more than one roll of tp in the bathrooms for 5 days

Steps from the beach

Enjoyed staying here, apt is nicely decorated. The best thing is that it was just steps from the beach making it easier to walk 3 kiddos back and forth. Will definitely return!

Cheer competition week

We have stayed alot of places along that area and this was by far the best we have ever stayed!! It was clean and very relaxing. Beach access was right there and of course beach was beautiful! Pool was clean and property was great!! Parking was perfect! Just far enough away from craziness but not too far from attractions!! We will be back!!

Overall very nice. Lots of kitchen items & dishes. Stand alone ice maker. Good, but noisy all night. Needs a new can opener. The one there is broken. Couch was a bit dirty. Didn’t like the master bedroom bed. Not sure how the mattress was. Covered it with one of those thick foam mattress toppers I personally don’t like. Too hard to roll over etc. Nice pillows. Plenty of bathroom towels, bath mat etc. Beach towels supplied. Need more kitchen towels supplied. Gulf view at an angle. Ok. Pictures showed it that way. Beach service was nice and included. But closed at 5:00 in the afternoon. Would have liked to use it longer each day. Overall nice place. We’d stay there again.

Great location. Beautiful balcony with corner view out to the ocean. The neighbor property in public and well maintained. The condo was fully equipt for cooking, doing laundry, nice sleeping accommodations, private master with bath oh, and an ice maker. It needs instructions to run but I let the kids figure it out. That was a wonderful accessory once we figured it out. Loved the chair service on the beach with an umbrella for 2 for free. Plus 2 portable chairs in the closet with 2 body boards. And towels, fabulous absorbent bath towels and beach towels. Very nice and comfortable.

That particular condo is very dated and dirty. The sofa is so stained and dirty we put a sheet on just to sit. The furniture is cheap and the view off balcony is blocked so the ocean view is very limited. Also, had roaches and spiders. Totally needs a makeover!

Overall a nice place. Very loud late at night. Posted quiet time starting at 10pm but most nights midnight or later we had guest around us being rudely load. Management must be aware as they have signs posted to call sheriffs office for noise complaints. Not anything I would call the cops for but certainly something future guest should be aware of.
