You can easily walk to the lagoon, and its a short walk to Ashford Ave, La Placita and Atlantic Beach. It's a perfect location to maximize convenience yet be away from the noise of the nightlife of Condado. This street features oversized lots not found in other areas of San Juan. You will have more space inside the property and free onsite parking not available in most parts of San Juan!Our rules are in place to ensure we are good neighbors and to ensure the house in is kept in good working order for future guests.
