Welcome to Pacifico TH103, a beautifully designed four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom townhome located in the heart of the exclusive Pacifico gated community in Playas del Coco. This spacious three-story Mediterranean-style home offers over 2,500 sq. ft. of living space, high-end finishes, and all the comforts of home—perfect for families or groups of up to 10 guests.
Playas del Coco is a small fishing village turned perfect tourist destination in the last decade. While not a surfing destination itself, the lagoon type beach makes it an ideal spot for enjoying the calm waters and the horseshoe shaped beach that is dotted with small bars and restaurants. There is a single main road through town complete with a variety of dining areas and quite a lively music and bar seen in the evening. Playas del Coco is approximately a 30 minute drive from the Liberia Airport.
