Being right on the beach was great for us! It was very easy for our family of 4. Having beach supplies like chairs and beach toys available to us was an added bonus! Communication was quick and efficient! We had a great stay.

Such a wonderful property. Right on the beach, plenty of room. We were a group of 6. Highly recommend stay here.

Loved this property. The view was incredible with easy beach access. Property was set up with everything you need to get your vaca started without having to run to the store upon arrival. Communication with the host was excellent. and let's not forget Michael, the property manager. He was awesome!!HIGHLY recommend.

You cannot ask for a more spectacular view! The townhome was lovey and spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The sitting area under the home was a perfect spot to step out of the sun for a bit and enjoy lunch. We watched the dolphins, found great restaurants close by and enjoyed shopping in Apalachicola. Danielle was so considerate and responsive. Definitely one of our new favorite vacation destinations!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Most thorough, thoughtful hosts I’ve ever encountered. But that is just the cherry on top! This property is absolutely splendid. You’re right on the beach in an extremely beautiful and convenient location. The interior is gorgeous as well. I would live here if I could. Our family visits this area every year but now we can’t imagine staying anywhere else!!

Wonderful! Beach was not overcrowded. Perfect location right on the beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated. One of our best beach vacations. Host very responsive and helpful. The pool was well maintained and clean. 10/10!

Ocean Breeze exceeded our expectations. This was our 3rd stay at 300 mile condos and this was our best property. The hosts communicated so well. There our little extra touches that make a big difference- chilled filtered water when you arrive, coffee pods to enjoy that first cup of coffee the next morning, ample shower essentials and a welcome bottle of wine! Furnishings and decor - comfortable and tasteful. Looking forward to our next stay!!

We had a great time! We absolutely loved the condo. It was well furnished and spacious for our group of 6, and our fur babies. We appreciated the easy access to the beach. The views were beautiful from the deck and the condo was stocked with all the amenities we needed. And Danielle was responsive to my questions. We hope to stay here again soon!

We love this place! This is our second stay here and have reserved it for next year. The unit is very clean and the new wood floors are beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items. The addition of dispenser shower gel/shampoo/conditioner in both large walk-in showers is a plus. We loved spending time on the deck with the incredible view of the gulf and walking the beach into the state park. Host Danielle and Shane are the best and got back to us within a few minutes on some questions we had.

This condo is delightful. It appears to have been completely remodeled. The entire space was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We appreciated that everything (i.e. switches) is labeled. The beds were comfortable. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. You can see the beach from the rear of the house with no obstructions. From the rear door you walk down steps and along a boardwalk to reach the beach. The condo is near the end of the public part of the island, not far from the state park. For this reason, there were less people around than if you are in the middle of the island near the lighthouse. The pool is large and well maintained.We have already made reservations for our next trip to stay here again. The only minor negative to note is that there is only one space to park under the condo. There is not additional parking on the property.

This place and our stay were amazing! The condo was very clean, and everything was well stocked.Danielle was the most responsive, accommodating host that I have encountered. The views from the condo were stunning. You could even see dolphins on several occasions. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

This was an great stay, unit was clean, well equipped, and great location. If you’re looking for late night dinning options, you might want to plan for a few meals in.Loved this so much we’ve already booked again for next year.

The host of this property was very quick to respond to any questions we had while staying and checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. They also have thought of so many details that made our stay so much easier! We didn't have to buy the little things like extra dish soap, hand soap, bath stuff, beach stuff, even cups we could put drinks in to take down to the beach. The host has put a lot of effort into making sure guests are comfortable and relaxed! We not only had easy access to the pool and beach but we were really close to the state park and also enjoyed a fishing charter where we accidentally caught a few sharks and got close to some dolphins. Definitely recommend!!
