Hi! We’re a couple from the Netherlands and have been living on St. Maarten for over 9 years. We absolutely love this island and recently bought this property about a year ago — so the apartment is brand new! We really enjoyed every stage of its development and putting our personal touch into making it feel like home.

Our neighborhood is very central and perfectly located for exploring the island. Little Bay and Divi Beach are just a few minutes away by car and Front Street in Philipsburg is only a 5–7 minute drive. Simpson Bay is about 17 minutes away, and the French side is also easy to reach ( also 17 min) — making it ideal for discovering both sides of beautiful St. Maarten. The area is conveniently close to the Sint Maarten Medical Center (within walking distance), with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The property also offers two private parking spots on flat land (gated community) — a rare and practical feature on the island!

From the front, you can enjoy a nice view of the zipline, while the back of the apartment offers extra privacy as it borders a supermarket, without any noise or foot traffic. From the very beginning, the apartment was designed with comfort in mind, ensuring your stay is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible
