This condo could not have been better for the trip we had planned. I gave a good rating instead of an excellent on the contact with the host because we never had to contact him. And I gave it a good rating on price because the tax was not added on until I had split the cost with my sister. But, hey, this place is a dream for soaking in the gulf, relaxing on the beach, and enjoying the comforts of a true beachside condo.

LOVED! LOVED! LOVED!Kitchen had what was needed for cooking/eating, beds were comfortable, the view was AMAZING, location was great. It was incredible to sit up in bed and see the sunrise every morning with the waves rolling in. Truly enjoyed our stay!

The beach view is unrestricted and wonderful!! We sat on the balcony every day! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. It was wonderful to have three bedrooms with separate baths. The host was very quick to respond when we had difficulty with the entry code and got us into the condo and a new code within minutes! I can't wait to go back!

Doesn't get any better than this!Clean, comfortable, spacious and on the beach, the views from both balconies are amazing. The pics are all taken from the condo. Carl is a wonderful host. We have stayed here before and will absolutely be back!

Our favorite condo on Pensacola Beach

The location is perfect and right on the beach. We loved the new updates to the kitchen. Plenty of room for three couples and all of our stuff.

Great stay for 8 days. Everything was clean and comfortable and easily accessible. The elevator is a big plus. View was perfect. We will stay here again.

The place is in an ideal location! I loved the fact that there were 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Loved sitting outside on the balcony every morning with my cup of coffee! The kitchen was smaller than I expected but was adequate but in my opinion not well stocked with basic amenities. It would have been nice to have had beach towels provided for guests. The sliding glass door handle was missing, making it difficult to open/close and the only way to lock the door was with a piece of wood placed in the track. The downstairs bed was uncomfortable. There was not enough paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. so we had to purchase. The outside chairs need replacing. Overall, it was decent but I think the place is a bit overpriced and needs some TLC.

Family Vacation

Great location

The condo is right on the end with quick access to the beach and street. The views are outstanding of the ocean/ beach. I would highly recommend this condo. You have your own garage too. Great place to stay!

Location!

The location is wonderful to enjoy views of the ocean all day long. We watched dolphins swim by every day and loved the super close proximity to the beach. The house is laid out nicely giving all three bedrooms privacy. You can walk to the boardwalk for dinner or the trolley stop is just across the street.
