Elegant dekoreret med ekstra faciliteter såsom surround sound musik filtreret hele vejen igennem og et omfattende bibliotek med vægt på madlavning og historie. Andre faciliteter omfatter et elektrisk tastatur og fritstående easel.

Lejligheden hedder "Home South", en passende beskrivelse for alle de brugerdefinerede udnævnelser. Den åbne stue indeholder en hvid lædersofa, krystal lysekrone, buffet, elegant spisebord med rigelig plads til 8 og to børste chrome skærmskab med udsøgte samtale stykker. Nyd High Definition-tv med en rig surround sound oplevelse. Nyd unikke malerier og udskrifter fra lokale kunstnere og fantastiske udsigt over bugten fra opholdsstuen, soveværelse og overstørrelse balkon, LCD i soveværelserne og køkkenet.

Nyd den moderne luksus af det private mesterbad med overdimensioneret jacuzzi. Very nice and clean unit . Spectacular views of the whole area . Open and spacious. Check in and out was easy. Ice maker was the only negative but not a big deal . Nice Pools . Easy beach access with less crowded beach . We will definitely stay here again

We absolutely loved this condo and would recommend it to anyone! The view was spectacular. It was clean and had plenty of extras in the kitchen from extra serving dishes to a crock pot and even a hand mixer. I feel like it was very well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was prefect! Clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Walmart is right across the street for food and liquor. Kitchen had all the appliances you could need. I always bring my own toiletries so it wasnt a big deal for me but some might expect shampoo and conditioner and that was not supplied. There was bar soap for showers and that is all so plan accordingly.

I am so sorry you did not enjoy your stay. If you would have called we would have gotten you needed blankets. The elevator was fixed a couple hours after breaking down on a heavy check in day.

Gorgeous place to stay

This place is amazing, as shown on the pictures. The view from the penthouse is breathtaking. No issues with the dishwasher, or water pressure as stated on one of the reviews. No need to bring anything for cooking other than condiments and groceries, the kitchen has every appliance, plate, silverware and cookware you could possibly need. The wine cooler was a plus for us. As described rental includes a startup kit, so depending on how long is your stay you will need dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, paper towels, trash bags and toiletries, I drove so I brought everything from home. There are plenty of grocery stores, souvenir stores and restaurants that are across the street. So much fun stuff to do on that area; dolphin cruise, parasailing, jet skiing, you name it. The only downside is the countertop ice maker, is not enough to fill out a cooler or if you have a big group of people, I bought ice bags and stored them in the freezer. I would definitely recommend this place, you would enjoy it.

It no Penthouse! Must read for people staying a week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at other SeaChase properties before and loved them, which is why we decided to try a larger unit this time—just because. Unfortunately, we really should’ve stuck with the other ones.From the start, there were several issues. One of the bedroom lights didn’t work at all. The dishwasher was hit-or-miss—sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. The washing machine only ran if you kept pressing start over and over again. There’s no built-in ice maker—just a small countertop one like you’d see in an office, which wasn’t ideal for a beach rental. All of the appliances felt very outdated and in need of replacement.The master bed was basically sitting on the floor and incredibly uncomfortable. But the worst part by far was the master bathroom shower. The water pressure was practically nonexistent—so low that my wife couldn’t even wash her hair. I’ve stayed in trailers from the ’80s in Alaska with stronger water pressure.Overall, this unit felt more like a 3-star experience. We won’t be booking this one again.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the money spent, needs some updating, especially the bathrooms. Second bath: very tall step up into shower, could not get cool water in that shower (always hot); had to figure out shower heads. In the 3rd bath, could not get the shower head to turn on at all so had to use other bath. We reserved Tuesday through Friday. Since we could not check in until 5pm on Tuesday and had to leave by 9am Friday, we were denied occupancy of about 5-6 hours that we paid a lot of money for. We did not know these check in/out hours until a few days before our stay. We had access to Dish on tv, but we couldn’t access any Netflix or other apps we personally subscribe to. The tvs were useless. We didn’t know we had to pay an additional $70 for an additional car for parking so one car was free. The unit is clean and the view is beautiful, but I can find better accommodations for less money and allowed more time as to when to check in or out. I have leased property in the area for years. Much too expensive!!!

We have stayed at this property so many times and it never disappoints. Always clean, full stocked kitchen, ample space and good WiFi. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture on the balcony. Overall a very nice and spacious condo for a family. However, I do have one complaint and suggestion. The master bedroom mattress was in poor condition. It had a high rise in the middle of the mattress and very sloped and mushy sides. It was not very comfortable to sleep in. I chose to sleep on the sofa for a few nights. I think the owners should seriously consider purchasing a new mattress for the master bedroom. And possibly bring back the trundle bed in the 3rd bedroom instead of the sofa bed.
