Our stay was great, the accommodation is fully stocked with anything you could possibly need and has a great view! Would absolutely stay again!

Fully stocked kitchen with basics like spices, condiments, all the cooking utensils and tools you could ask for...which is so appreciated and important when staying in this area because you have to expect to cook your meals every day. Clean and very cozy. The decor is to die for. Every day I discovered some new piece that fit the motif perfectly. The view is stunning and like your own personal national geographic. Had hawks and eagles resting on the tree right outside the window. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home

Bjorn Holm was a lovely place to stay for a few days in Port Renfrew. The space is beautiful with a well-appointed kitchen and thoughtful touches.

Quick adventure

My friend and I took a quick beach hopping trip up the coastline. So much fun and so happy for this accommodation!

Top notch!

This place is everything it promised and more, with it’s wonderful wood decor inside and the view out the windows looking right out on the water it was all just so enjoyable! Come and see for yourself!

Port Renfree

The place was beautiful and the view from the balcony was even better. So peaceful and restful. All the amenities we could have wanted. Incredible wood features. Wish we had been able to stay longer.

Lovely place; great location: description is accurate--great kitchen, fun artsy place. It was also really nice to be able to bring the dog! Highly recommend Bjorn Holm.

Magical Mystery Tour

Warm and cozy

Beautiful space and view. The wood accents around the space really made you feel warm and cozy. We are pleased that the power did not go out! Hosts were very organized and generous.

The best place to wait out the storm

We spent four wonderful days here. The weather was awful but we didn't mind, because the place had such an amazing view and so many books to look at. We appreciated the comfortable bed, well-designed (and thoughtfully-stocked) kitchen, rain ponchos & bear bells (for when it graduated from pouring to just regular-raining). We were sad to leave but are looking forward to going back!

Escape from reality

It was like checking into a 5 star hotel where everything was provided for you! So well equipped every small detail thought of ! Exceptionally clean can’t wait to go back!

Gorgeous cabin in a spectacular setting.

The cabin is even better than it appears on the webpage. Wonderful details and marks of unique character are in every part of the house. The view is stunning. The area spectacular and humble in all the best ways. We enjoyed time on the deck and time curled up by the fireplace. Everything was wonderful.

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful property! Every last detail was considered. Beautiful views, cozy gas fireplace, kitchen with everything you could ever need, snacks available to guests, comfortable bed, towel warmers and warm floor in the bathroom. The weather was perfect for hiking and exploring the area. Wish we’d had an extra day to take our kayak out! Regardless, we had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

A Great Adventure!

My husband and I traveled to this terrific cottage with our dog for an extended weekend getaway! The cottage was extremely well laid out and very cozy and comfortable. The owners have provided everything that you could possibly need for a getaway to nature. The views were exceptional and we truly enjoyed the choices for hiking. We opted not to use the amazing chef's kitchen and chose to dine at the local restaurants. The hosts provide a notebook of extremely helpful information with suggestions which were spot on. We really enjoyed the amenities and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. We highly recommend this beautiful holm!

Better than we hoped it would be...

Had a great time in the Port Renfrew area. Property was first class and had everything we needed. Nice to come home to the relaxing deck with views of Port San Juan. Although part of a community with other units, it was very private, quiet, peaceful. It was a nice touch for Shelley to arrange for the Bald Eagle to land on the tree outside on our first evening. Shelley provided us with excellent information about the area. Did a fair amount of hiking, visited Botanical Beach twice. The Renfrew Pub was a good recommendation. Watched the harbor seal and Kingfisher while eating and enjoying our beer on the deck. Thank you for a great time.

Phenomenal!

Property owners are absolutely fabulous! Every detail thoughtfully covered with extra special surprises. Beautiful design with spectacular custom woodwork and furnishings. So peaceful, comfortable and clean. Felt like home. Loved it so much we requested to add another night to our already three night stay. Would have stayed longer if we could have made it work with our travel plans. The view is breathtaking especially the sunsets as you sit on the balcony relaxing. Private enough to do yoga on the balcony in the mornings. Very relaxing and peaceful surroundings, felt at ease and safe. Port Renfrew is a feel good community. Unbelievable history, nature and hiking to enjoy and respect. Nice eateries with great food and service. Thank you Shelley and Jan for sharing your pride and joy with others. We can feel all the love that went into making Bjorn Holm. We so hope to make it back!

A beautiful ocean view. The cabin is clean well-stocked with all the bedding and towels and extras like soap etc. The kitchen as all high-end appliances and the check in binder is very helpful. Highly recommend this cabin.

What an amazing stay!The touches of wood craft makes this cottage so unique, relaxing and cosy. We spent every evening out on the peaceful deck, enjoying the ever changing vistas. Our daily ventures to beaches and rainforests never failed to impress with magical waterfalls everywhere! This is a lovely cottage and area of Vancouver Island.

Amazing location to relax and decompress

If you need a break from the hustle; look no further. We traveled in off season, and while a lot was shut down around town; you don’t need it as this place has everything you could ever imagine available to you. Bing your core groceries and you are all set! Amazing place.

Truly an amazing place!

Upon walking through the door of Bjorn Holm we felt an instant excitement and comfort of this cozy place! Every last detail from the unique decor, the stunning kitchen and phenomenal view of Port San Juan was well thought out.
