En oplevelse på havet tur, du vil ikke glemme. At træde ud på dækket vil tage vejret med en af de bedste udsigter på den sydlige ende af ������������������en. Denne tredje etage walk-up condo er unik og udstyret med alle de grundlæggende hus bekvemmeligheder, du skal bruge. Med overnatningsstederne til at sove 6 er der en dronning i soveværelset, en dobbelt køjeseng i hallen alkov og en sovesofa også. I stuen er der et tv med kabel og Wi-Fi til din brug.

Der er tildelt parkering til 1 bil i nærheden af enheden og 1 ekstra plads i overløbssporet på tværs af gaden fra komplekset. Nyd en svømmetur i oceanfront-swimmingpoolen eller en spadseretur på stranden, der bruger den private strandadgang. Stranden omnæringsprojekt forbyder at nogen går eller sidder på sandtaskerne, de beskytter vores strand.
Denne enhed er kun en kort køretur til NC Aquarium og Fort Fisher Museum. Nyd 30 minutters færgetur til den maleriske lille by South Port. Selv om du er nede på enden af øen i fred og ro, er du ikke langt væk fra Kure Beach Pier eller Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We loved being right on the water and with the proximity to the Fort, it was very peaceful and quiet. Quick access to walking paths and quick rides to restaurants.

The condo was neat and clean. The location was so private but also close to all the area attractions. The deck was right over the ocean with an amazing view of Fort Fisher park right beside the condo. Being on top floor had some amazing views of the sky at night with the moon beaming over the water. The host done an excellent job of communicating with us before and during our stay. I highly recommend this beach front condo.

The location is perfect, it’s about 5 minutes away from a food lion where you can stock up on supplies before checking in. It’s right up on the beach with the best view.

Awesome view! Uncrowded location, clean, spacious and well appointed; Fun activities and good eats are a close drive. Unfortunately, the aquarium was closed for construction. The only small suggestion for improvement I would have is that the kitchen drawers are difficult to open. Otherwise a great rental. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

The property was cute, right up on the beach and ocean front, quiet area away from everything. It truly was a perfect spot to just relax and decompress.

Great place ON the beach !

We loved being in the last condo next to fort fisher. Beautiful spot where the sound of the waves rocks you to sleep. Adjacent fort fisher beach is bigger and less crowded than the beach below but it’s all good!

Property was dated but decent. Parking was VERY tight. I drive an SUV and it was close quarters. If you drive a larger vehicle or truck you may have an issue. There was a service truck that arrived during our visit that had several cars blocked in. The unit it's self was ok. The twin bunk beds are located in the hallway. The top bunk did not have any kind or rail. I was uncomfortable letting either of my grandchildren sleep on top due to the safety risk. The pull out sofa was ok and as comfortable as you can expect. There are ample dishes and cookware. I was pleased to find a crock pot provided. The view fom the balcony was excellent. I appreciated the chairs provided on the balcony as well. We found the pool to be clean and well maintained. Overall we had a nice quiet stay. I would not say that it was worth the 1600 dollar pricetag for 3 nights though.

Absolutely beautiful location

Just what my husband and I needed, peaceful and absolutely breathtaking view, no hustle and bustle, the coquina outcrop was an amazing site to see, along with the state park 4x4 beach, we loved the aquarium, my husband loves all things aquatic, perfect getaway for the two of us

Wonderful Weekend

A beautiful property with an amazing view. We stayed on the 3rd floor. The beach was great during the day, and the full moon rise over the ocean at night was breathtaking. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: The view is absolutely amazing, easy access to the beach, washer and dryer very new and clean, updated flooring was very nice , well apportioned kitchen with new coffee maker and air fryer, couch is comfortable and tv was very nice, the location is perfect at the end of the beach and access to walking trails was easy, refrigerator is old but works great, the ice maker kept us with plenty for our cooler every day. Cons : The front door to the unit is absolutely horrible, it’s covered in rust and made a poor first impression , the bed in the master has an undersized mattress topper and does not appear to be a queen mattress. The light outside the door lights up the room making it hard to sleep. There is no safety rail for the top bunk bed .The toaster is rusty and should be replaced. The silverware drawer is messed up and very hard to open and looks dirty on the outside. The blinds on the left side leading to the balcony will not completely open and the chairs on the balcony are of low quality and have cracks in them. During our 1 week stay , we did not see anyone maintaining the pool whatsoever. There is a layer of scum at the waterline that needs cleaning badly and there was no smell of any chlorine to indicate the water was treated. In summary:The location is perfect and with some small changes it would have been a 10/10 for us. I would recommend leaving some glass cleaner and Clorox wipes for guests to use.

We loved our stay here at the Riggins!! The location is fabulous, you are separate from the pier area so you don't have that kind of traffic but you are close enough to be there if you want to. We loved being on the third floor for many reasons but mostly because when we were out on the porch we had the best views of the ocean and sunrise. The beds were comfy and the space in the condo is set up well so that you have everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Excellent location

This condo has the best view on the beach. It had everything you could need. However, the mattresses need to be replaced. And it is advertised as having a queen bed in the bedroom, but I believe it's a double.

The condo was not that great. It smelled, the couch was uncomfortable, there was no comfy seating in the living room and the bathroom was in need of some repairs. I would not stay in this condo again.
