- # of guests MUST match reservation, strictly reinforced at all times
- Max 6 guests total — at all times
- No animals, no exceptions
- No smoking or vaping indoors (smoking permitted only on patio)
- No shoes indoors (slippers provided)
- No parties or unregistered guests
- No loud music or noise at any time
- Electricity allowance: Up to $200/month is included. Guests are responsible for usage above that.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES
Up to $200 per month of electricity is covered. You are responsible for any excess usage above $200 per month. It is plenty and unless you turn on AC/heater all day long, you should be below the limit.

SUPPLIES:
One-time starter supplies provided.
For longer stays more than 4 weeks, you are responsible for buying refills for toilet paper, paper towel, soap, shampoo, coffee, dish and clothes detergent

CHECK-IN:
IMPORTANT!!! A simple, straight-forward identity check done by reputable 3rd party app must be completed prior to check-in. Owner will meet you at the property within check-in hours to verify ID and give you a welcome tour of the property.

CITY REQUIREMENTS:
A) Primary guest must be 25 years old or older. Age must be verified by providing photo ID at check-in
B) The city of Long Beach has a very strict noise and unruly gathering ordinance.
C) max occupants 6 guests per your reservation at all times.
D) The City’s Quiet Hours are between 10pm-8am

Any violations to the rule above, the guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. Also, any citations received from the city ($250- $3,000) will be charged to the guests.

I choose this place because of the location and it looked peaceful and very clean. I was reuniting with my 1st family after 35yrs and took them to the Catalina Island Jazz festival.We had a blast. We we're not disappointed. Ed was a very great host too.
