This was a perfect spot for celebrating a birthday and visiting Dollywood/Gatlinburg! Its a fantastic oasis from the traffic and crowds

Very spacious, very comfortable! Excellent location close to all the sights yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood away from the crowds. Hope to stay here again!

This property met our needs for a family weekend getaway. It was convenient to the strip and communication with Jessie and David was top notch. We encountered a couple of minor issues and they were quick to respond and rectify the problems.The main downside for my family was the opening that went to the bedrooms downstairs was very steep and no way to close it off. We were traveling with a 15 month old and couldn't let her walk around due to this. Our highlight was that we saw two bear while we were there.

The cabin was exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable, had plenty of extra linens and bedding. Very spacious and located convenient to walk easily downtown to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely stay here again!

Great property for groups! Each room has its own bathroom, providing excellent privacy. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the egg chairs on the porch were a group favorite during the warmer days. Very convenient and comfortable stay.

The house was wonderful for a large group! Close proximity to hiking, walk to town. Plenty of sleeping options, comfortable beds, super quiet rooms. Host was super attentive for questions. 5 Stars!

Our Host David was fantastic ensuring our stay was going well throughout the visit. The house was in a location that allowed us to walk to all activities downtown which made it easy to enjoy what the town had to offer. In addition the house had 6 bedrooms and 6 baths not mention plenty of space . Highly recommend for anyone looking for accommodations for a large group

It was a very nice stay The only thing that we found there should be a little bit more maintenance done, particularly with the outside of the property. Some of the handrails were broke, but besides that very very good quality.

The house is charming and comfortable with loads of room for everybody. The location is an easy walk into town. Two suggestions would be to include a large pot for cooking pasta for a crowd and adding a warning about the steps into the entrance being a bit of a challenge when wet for anyone with mobility issues.

very nice, but one shower did not work, but enough other showers available that it was not a problem. Host responded very promptly. Would definitely rent again. And we saw a bear!

This house is fantastic. Each person has their own room with bathroom...the listing says 6/6, but actually there is a room with a queen AND a twin trundle bed, so that a couple and two kids could share it and the bathroom, so technically 7/6. The game room elevated the whole experience...the dining table and games all in one room made it a central hang out for us when we weren't out doing something. And speaking of that, you are right in Gatlinburg and a short walk to the trolley pickup, which is free. So you can park your car here and then walk down, never pay for parking to go to town. That is a big deal.

The refrigerator didn’t work and even after we told the host that we lost our food and it wasn’t working we had no way to store any additional food the host didn’t send anyone to look at it or reimburse us for our food. The upstairs bathroom started leaking into the living room through the ceiling again we notified hit no one came to make a repair. The heat was not appropriate for the space - the downstairs was freezing but the upstairs was hot. The hot water didn’t work properly either. This could be a great house- we wouldn’t not stay again.

Losing food and not having a functioning refrigerator is incredibly frustrating, and we understand how that impacted your plans. We also understand how concerning it is to deal with a leak and inconsistent temperature throughout the home, especially when you’re trying to relax and enjoy your time away. Since your stay, we have replaced the refrigerator with a new, fully functioning unit and have repaired the upstairs bathroom leak so it no longer affects the living room ceiling. Regarding the heating system, we do include instructions in our guidebook on how to balance the temperature between floors due to the way the space is configured, and we will make those instructions even clearer going forward. We appreciate your honesty and are grateful for the chance to make improvements. The property has a lot of potential, and we are committed to ensuring future guests have a much smoother experience.

The property was really conveniently located off the strip which made everything within walking distance in Gatlinburg side. It also made driving to Pigeon Forge side quick and easy. My family and I had several spottings of bears which was a big highlight for everyone to take some good pictures. I would recommend this property based on location and staff alone. The staff was quick to respond to any questions that we had during our vacation. We will definitely be back in the future.

I am leaving a 5 - Star review because overall it was a great place to stay. It was very clean, maintained well, and speaking with the host was easy and we got quick replies. I would recommend that you ask how to work the AC, it's two different units and if you don't do to right it can cause issues and make sure the gas to the stove is cut on.
