A very comfortable and well located property. Close to the main Mardi Gras routes and easy walk into the French quarter. The property was really clean, nicely decorated and furnished, it had everything we needed. We didnt get to meet the host, but she was really helpful and friendly via messaging. Access to the building is secure. There is a lift to get you and your bags up to the 1st floor room. The kitchen is well equipped and the Bathroom is clean and tidy too. We didnt watch the TV, but there is one if you dont have enough else to do in N.O. . The bedroom is great and has aircon, it has a big walk in closet to declutter your space. The only things you need to be aware of is that the single glazed windows don't prevent the noise of the trams, probably about once and hour. Whilst the street is quieter than many, you will still hear street noise. The bed is also quite firm, but that is of course a very subjective point that may benefit some. These two points are included purely to help others and set expectations, they in no way detracted from our wonderful stay here and we would highly recommend the property for comfort, cleanliness, location and facilities.
