Loved the house and location. Very clean and functional. The pool was heated! It would have been nice to have keyless entry over 1 key in a lock box. It was advertised as plenty of parking but then told only 2 vehicles. We parked the 3rd sideways. Stinky’s was awesome and a daily visit. We also were blindsided to the limited public beach access across the street.

Regarding parking, the property provides two (2) designated parking spaces, and this information is outlined in the guest portal, which is sent to all guests 14 days prior to arrival. We understand how additional vehicles can be inconvenient and appreciate you making arrangements during your stay. We also regret any surprise regarding public beach access. While nearby access points are available, local beach access regulations can be limited and are subject to city and county guidelines. What an awesome week for an early season vacation. The house was very spacious and amenities top notch. Kitchen was a fit for a chef and bedrooms were large and great mattress. Very comfortable. Large balconies for winding down the evening or early coffee. Bikes came in handy for getting back and forth to the public beach access. Note the beach access across from the house is very limited but found the public access an easy solution. One suggestion would be to have overflow parking off-site. The house is large enough for multiple families parking is a premium. Overall I give this vacant home a 4.9 out of 5!!!!
