While the property owner/management wasn't responsive at all to a few minor concerns through the VRBO app, calling the property management group itself was a great experience. My wife had left a small pillow that had sentimental value, and they followed up with the cleaning staff and found it and are shipping it to us. Otherwise the property was great and convenient to anything you want to do in the Tybee area.

My Sisters and I did a sisters trip and did our trip at Tybee and we was happy. We truly enjoyed ourselves and the property only thing is the shower needs help in the hall and a better broom. Other than that everything was amazing and pray we left it the same as when we came. Thank you all so very much and we will definitely return again. God bless

This condo is an excellent location for the convenience of being steps away from the beach. If meeting friends for the day, public parking is right there! My teen kids could easily walk to pier to fish or go get ice cream. It felt safe with the gate for parking. The only tiny little thing was I needed to go get coffee filters, sometimes in the cabinets, but otherwise, everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen. That's so little. I was very pleased with our stay!

This condo is wonderful for families. Our condo had an ocean view and was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It was also only a 2-3 minute walk to the beach!

I loved our stay at The Sandpiper. My grandparents used to stay here and I'd visit when I was younger, so it was very nostalgic! The location is great—countless shops, bars, restaurants, and the pier are just a short walk. You can't beat watching the sunset on the beach, either. I would definitely bring my family again.

Beach Getaway

We very much enjoyed our time at the Sandpiper! Beautiful view from balcony, and so conveniently located to all the restaurants and shops. Everything is just a short 5 minute walk away! Would definitely come to stay again.

Great room and view!

The process of renting was easily handled on line with clear instructions. The location was excellent! Dining, beach, and supplies were within walking distance.

We stayed at Sandpiper in the past (about 9 years ago). Let’s just say, I don’t know that anything has been updated really. The outside of the building had plaster falling off and is looking a bit shabby. When we arrived we had trouble with the keypad because it was so worn away. It was hard to figure out what to press to even get the screen to come on. The keypad also had low battery one day and wouldn’t let us in (thankfully my son was in there so he unlocked it for us), otherwise we would have been locked out. The tech did come within an hour to fix it. The condo smelled very clean overall but both bathrooms had a very weird stench (almost sewer like). It did fade within a day. The thermostat had no panel on it so it didn’t have any labeled buttons to turn up and down. We just guessed. The doors to the laundry area were also off the hinges and the doors were propped up next to the dryer. With all that being said, it is a great location, close to every little shop and restaurant. The view is also amazing! There were many beach items to use (umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, sand toys). As stated before, it was very clean overall. It was a good stay, just needs a bit of TLC.

Great location!

The condo was in a very convenient location. We were close to the beach, shopping and restaurants without needing to drive. The condo itself was great! Clean, well equipped and comfortable. People watching from the balcony was definitely a plus too! I highly recommend this property!

Sandpiper 101

We enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island, it was everything we expected. The view was good and access to the beach was easy. We felt very safe and it was surprisingly quiet for being on the stand.

Perfect location

Loved that the condo was gated. Beautiful views from the room. Condo was super clean. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie board and beach toys are in the hall closet. Plenty of room for the seven of us.

Loved it

My husband and I got married on the beach during the weekend we stayed at the condo and had a few family members stay with us as well. We loved how much room there was and how clean the condo was when we got there. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking!

Beautiful property

This property had a beautiful view! The condo was spacious and clean. It is not “right on” the beach however it is across the street from it and no structures are between it and the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked. The bathtubs are great. Proximity to restaurants was superb.

Nice beach condo

Pros: great location near the pier and lots of restaurants, well-stocked kitchen, pretty clean overall, great water pressure, big TV in living room, great Wi-Fi. Cons: sand on the floor, some utensils not that clean, small TVs in bedrooms, no local channels - Streaming TV services only.
