This home was spotless and beautifully decorated. The location is fantastic. We loved sitting on the private balcony admiring the beautiful ocean view. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook family meals. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Great communication from host. Lovely property. Less than 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach! Great amenities, such as outdoor showers, pool, and tennis courts.

Condo is on the older side but well maintained, very cozy and clean. I did not like the spiral steps but that is a personal opinion. It was stocked well and the owner was very responsive to messages. Overall experience was great. View is incredible. New pool was a great bonus. Short walk to the beach less than 5 minutes you can have your feet in the water.

The property was exactly as described. Clean and extremely close to the beach. Don’t be afraid to book. We plan to visit the Pensacola beaches again in the near future.

Condo was clean with easy access to the beach and the bay. We had a lovely time and the host was more than accommodating. We will book again in the future. The state park was also very lovely.

A hidden gem that includes the best of 3 worlds: Situated on a private beach on the calm waters of the bay, pristine beach on the Gulf, and a brand new pool on the property. No need to drive anywhere, it’s all here. My family had a blast at this property for our spring break. Well stocked and comfortable, communication was fast and accommodating. We will be back again!

First of all, Laura's condo was immaculate/clean!! Laura communicated right out of the gate all the way through to us arriving back home. It is such a cozy spot to relax and close to everything in Pensacola Beach. The pool was crystal clear, warm with plenty of chairs in and out of the water. Laura has a SUP board available for paddling on the bay as well as a bicycle. It is so convenient to walk from the condo to the pool, to the bay and across the street to the Gulf. Laura has beach towels and plenty of bathroom towels. Kitchen is stocked, you just need to bring beer and groceries. There are plenty of assorted card games to have a family gaming night. The portable washer and dryer were perfect in keeping clothes and towels clean and dry. (very quick dryer) Our favorite restaurant, Peg Leg Pete's is right down the street. *make a reservation way ahead of time)" This condo is close to Ft Pickens at the end of the strip. Perfect p[lace to tour for a couple of hours on an overcast or rainy morning. There is a tennis court but also has drawn lines for pickleball. This is one of the last complexes at the end of Santa Rosa Island and is not crowded at all. This was the perfect place for our family of 5. I suppose you could add a 6th as they could sleep on the couch. Could not have asked for a better place to stay for our 4 day vacation.... and Laura is the BEST

This was the perfect location! So close to everything but still felt private and quiet. We enjoyed the beauty of the sound and the gulf. The pool was a bonus! Our host was on top of communication and our visit was smooth, no issues at all and we had everything we needed.

We had an amazing time and would recommend Laura’s place to anyone who is looking for convenience and that cozy beach house feeling that you got from the places you grew up going to with your family. It’s close to everything that Pensacola Beach has to offer. You’re right across the street from an uncrowded beach, the new pool was amazing, you also have the bay right out your back door and Laura provides lots of great amenities for even more entertainment. It’s within 15 minutes of all the best restaurants on Pensacola Beach and within 25 minutes of all the best ones in downtown Pensacola. Laura is very proactive and super easy to communicate with and makes the check in and check out process a breeze. We will most definitely be back and we can’t wait!
