We come to Pensacola Beach every year. We’ve only stayed at San De Luna and will never look anywhere else. It’s a quiet, quaint and comfortable complex. We love that it’s only a couple miles from downtown so it’s quick drive or Uber ride to all the fun and it’s far enough away that when you want quiet time, you’re not bothered by a thing. The owner has decorated to make the unit feel like home during your stay. The private beach is our favorite. No issues finding your own spot to set up for a few hours or even the whole day. A couple of minor suggestions: Beach chairs would be great. We did leave/donate an umbrella that we purchased as a it’s good to have some shade on the beach and we didn’t have a way to bring it back in the plane. A picky suggestion: with the check-out instructions of getting most of the cleaning done before we leave, the cleaning and linen fee is a little steep. For our sake, at least, and how we maintain a place while we stay, there’s little too no work that needs to be done once we leave other than wiping the place down, sweeping and changing sheets/towels. $175 seems a bit much. Overall, there’s a reason we keep coming back and will continue. Absolutely love San De Luna!
