Cozy 2 BR downstairs duplex with AC Near Ocean Drive,Downtown Corpus Christi

If you were to come today this different I found an excellent cleaner and have ordered for her all kitchen needs. The 2 other cleaners I was using did not do bad jobs they just did not give feed back I needed in items lacking. Now I have that and maintenance can’t believe how clean it smells. She included cleaning of outside stairs with each visit. On a c you stated it was working fine when you hit there. The minute you messaged it was not bill was over there. A breaker had tripped which was a suggestion I made when you mentioned it it I said sometimes thermostat needs new batteries. Ac system is under 3 years old. I’m sit you had a bad experience. Would add on ny upstairs central unit every year when I first turn the heater on my breaker usually trips. I just go to the box and flip it back she it’s good until next year. It was dealt with within less than 40 minutes. The lady listed all needed for kitchen and it’s been already placed there or ordered. She did a deep clean which included. All parts of the stove. Will mention the other 2 cleavers I use one does work as needed with a professional cleaning service cleaning paste is if and condos. She’s good but both of the ladies I used were very sick that week so we’re not at their best. Bill maintenance usually checks after each cleaning but with Chantel who just did the deep clean there’s no need. It’s a very cute little house in a convenient location. But not the ritz. Make guest before you rated it highly.
