Denne villa er i den ideelle beliggenhed - kun et par skridt til strandpromenaden og stranden. Bare gå lige ud din ryg gårdhave til havet!

Villaen er blevet omhyggeligt møbleret og indrettet for at give sine gæster den ultimative blanding af high-end stil og komfort. Begge soveværelser også prale havudsigt. Denne villa virkelig har hele pakken, både inde og ude!

Beautiful view and great place

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view and great location to pool and beach access so worked well with kids. Only negative was that the confo is last one in the property so takes awhile to get to it once you go thru security gate. Restaurants are longer drive if you want to eat off the Omni resort spots. Overall great condo and experience

Great property and location.

Excellent property and experience. The only slight area for improvement would be clarity on directions at checkin. As cautioned, navigation gets you sideways in a hurry. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amelia Island Getaway

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo for a long, relaxing weekend—we had a wonderful time! The other reviews talked about the proximity to the beach access walkway, so we were pleasantly surprised that the pool was also very close. (And we would get to see the neighborhood gopher tortoise that lives under the walkway on the way!) We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio with our coffee in the morning, and it was so nice being able to take the dog for a walk right off of the patio, as well. The condo was very well stocked with anything you may need—from beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella to extra pillows/blankets, and coffee supplies. They thought of everything! It was also very convenient being the first condo near the covered drive and being so close to the garbage chute. On the way home, we were talking about when we would be able to come back and visit again, and how we were already missing the beautiful views!

Favorite Amelia Island Condo

We have stayed at this condo twice. We love it’s comfortable living and close proximity to the beach. It’s conveniently located close to grocery stores and restaurants.

Beautiful property, wonderful location !

Everything went as planned which is a bonus as no one likes to deal with vacation property issues while trying to relax and enjoy your leisure time! The island was full of wonderful restaurants, shops and places to explore! Can’t wait to visit again!

Great facility and location

Roomy, well appointed and beach access was outstanding Difficulty with front door lock was a distraction Primary uncertainly is details of pricing. Started out at less than $4000, but ended up at $5000. Difference was several separate undefined taxes and add on fees. Did not find nearly as much add one on other units in this complex. Seemed like just added items to increase total amount We would be interested in renting same time next year for two or more weeks, but not without understanding the tax and fees

Great spot at the Omni Plantation

We enjoyed this property. Being on the first floor with the large grassy area in front of us was very nice and good for our little dog. There is also a lot of outside covered space to enjoy, more than you would have on a balcony. The interior of the condo is a little tired but it definitely met our needs.

Beautiful views for sure

Well maintained property grounds. Was surprised at the number of dogs in the units, both in our building and the surrounding properties. Nice walkways for strolling along the waterfront. Within minutes of our arrival, a property management employee stopped by to check the internet and TV connections based on a prior occupant's complaint. Was very friendly. We had great success with the restaurants we chose, both on property and off. Very friendly folks everywhere we went.

Phone reception the only downside to our stay

Everything was wonderful except the phone service. Apple phone barely had 1 bar. There was an email to remedy the situation , someone responded but better service never came to fruition .

warm weather getaway

Amazing view, great oceanfront location, immaculate and well stocked condo. Resort was beautiful. Walked the beach everyday. Restaurants were delicious.

Most comfortable place in great location

We loved staying here and immediately booked next year. Clean, comfortable with many amenities. We had a great TV, comfortable bed, nice shower and bathroom, beautiful views, nice patios, friendly neighbors, very dog friendly. Not so good is the bathtub drain and the kitchen cabinets not the best.

Beautiful Condo in Turtle Dunes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this wonderful Turtle Dunes/Amelia Island condo. It had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable, which we consider important to us. We loved the ground floor location since we brought our pet, and it was lovely being steps from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo and view

The home is just as stated on vrbo. Fully furnished, great area, and waking to sun rising right from your bedroom is hard to beat! It was a wonderful time for all of us.

Beautiful Retreat

This was such a lovely condo and perfect for our short visit to Amelia Island! We loved being on the ground floor with such a beautiful front lawn just off the porch. Just steps from the pool and beach, this made it very convenient to run in and out without missing much fun time at the water! We had everything we needed in the condo for cooking and entertainment. I will definitely be booking 1806 Turtle Dunes again! Thank you to the wonderful owners for such a beautiful place!

Great location

We think this is a perfect location for anyone who wants to stay on the Amelia Plantation. Our unit was on the ground floor which gave us excellent accessibility. A short drive provided great dining and, of course, you can also take a little longer drive to downtown. All in all, we’d be happy to rent this property again. We did have a minor glitch with the door-lock code but that was taken care of quickly.

Great location for our family

We loved being on the first level so that we could easily walk off the back porch and be just steps from the beach or pool. The beach and pool were both fantastic. There were perfect sunrise views from every room of the unit. The walking paths and trails within the grounds were fun to explore and we used the to get to some of the Omni property shops, restaurants and amenities like the playground and fishing ponds. The beds in the unit were really comfortable. The 1 kitchen drawer was still broken from the other reviewers mentions from last year. I had take to take it out and just put it on the counter top the whole time we were there. The lower cabinets were all pretty old. Some of the dishes in the unit seemed permanently dirty, which isn't that great. But they had all of the kitchen tools we needed and the fridge, stove/oven, microwave and washer/dryer were all newer and worked really well. Assuming they make some kitchen repairs, I'd stay in this unit again.

Girls Weekend Getaway

This was a fantastic property. The unit was very clean and had lots of extras like dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, coffee filters, and a few paper products. The proximity to the beach and pool was fabulous. We loved sitting on the porches and watching the sunrise. The management was very easy to work with.

Great condo

We stayed there over spring break and loved it. All bedrooms had great views of the ocean. The resort has tons of trails, playgrounds, and places to explores. We would stay here again.
