Great week with 5 adults and 3 teenagers. House is beautiful! Enjoyed the pool and short walk to beach access. Ocean views from the upper level. The public area of beach is a bit of a walk from the closest access.

Very clean property, easy walk to La Jolla shores beach, some good restaurants nearby. Stayed with 8 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were a hit

The house was beautiful and larger than expected. Loved all the spaces on each level for our large group to hang out. The pool and spa were great. The walkability to the coast trail, shops, restaurants and beaches was a real plus, too! The host was extremely helpful and available anytime to answer questions. We loved this place!

This home is perfect for a group milestone birthday experience! It's even more fabulous than the listing. Terrific location, with easy access to main roads and beach. Beautiful sunsets and beach views from top floor balcony. Stairs are all well-lit. Cozy gathering seating on all floors. Attractive landscaping by the crystal-clear pool and fountains, often visited by hummingbirds! Well-equipped, with comfy toilet paper and absorbent paper towels. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Extremely quiet, with virtually no traffic or nighttime plumbing sounds. Property manager communicated promptly to answer questions in advance, met us at check-in to highlight home features, and texted during our stay to see if we needed anything. It couldn't have been a better experience for our group, and we are thankful for your hospitality!

This three level home was perfect for our three generation family holiday. Great views, lots of common space, living area in each level. Very walkable to beach, LaJolla and LaJolla Village. Despite being right next to a very busy road, it was exceptionally quiet. The priory managers were very helpful. The spa and pool were fun for the whole family even on a rainy day. Large kitchen was great for making communal meals. A big success for our family!

House was in the perfect spot and the property managers were so easy and nice to talk to. You could walk to everything, the neighborhood was beautiful, and it was the perfect home to host a modest rehearsal dinner for our daughter's wedding.The only real negative - which I don't blame the hosts for - was that the house directly behind decided to build a giant scaffolding and start construction the Monday through Saturday of our stay. We didn't feel comfortable with the construction workers having a direct view of all of the second and third story windows, as well as to the pool area in the backyard. The windows are HUGE and picturesque and we had to have the shades closed most of the day upstairs. Not to mention the loud voices and construction noises as early as 7:30am. The property managers were apologetic and provided a 500 refund, which we appreciated. However, given the top dollar of the home that we paid, it seemed miniscule. All in all, I'd definately re-book, but I'd be sure to ask first about any construction or other issues that may pop up.

I took my family of 7 of us on this great trip to La Jolla. The home could not be in a better location, it was fabulous, located very close to the beach and La Jolla shores, the host showed us briefly how to get there after I toured the home. Rooms were very clean, beautiful kitchen and large bedrooms. The only things I would tend to for the host is fixing the outdoor shower, leaning the hot tub lid that was pretty dirty, hot tub is kindof old, alittle scratched up but got nice and hot and was so soothing to use. The pool was great, it’s not very big but we didn’t have any problems with that. Being smaller, I was a little surprised the heating the pool charge is 40 a day but that was okay. It felt great and we all used it everyday and loved it. Big enough for 5 adults to have fun playing Marco/polo one night! lights or jets those outdoor knobs don’t work, it needs to be done inside the house on the second floor before going out. That wasn’t handy and an electrician could fix easily. Outdoor shower should be in working condition, but looked very old. Outdoor furniture and all over the house was great! Nice grill, outdoor dining table on lower level, so nice. They could use a few coffee filters for that kind of coffee maker I used paper towels, just because guest won’t know what to buy. A few more new pans and kitchenware would also be helpful. All the basics were provided, but sort of cheap products or scratched. I will bring my family to this property again! So fun!
