The property was exactly as described. We had 5 adults and three kids under the age of 3. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The only negative was that when we checked in and was carrying our luggage in, the baby was crawling around on the floor and his feet and knees were dirty, like the floor had not been mopped before we got there. We are not those type of people, so we just rolled with it and carried on with our vacation. The only other issue was that the freezer wasn’t freezing, even after a 24 hour period. A quick call to Terri and the issue was fixed. The pool area was great, and the beach area was not crowded at all. Our family will be back!

The condo was perfect size and the layout worked very well for our family. It was clean and updated. The only issue we had was one of the bathrooms had drywall mud on the wall and had not been painted which made it look bad. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The door lock needs to be updated to a keyless entry lock. You have to go to the stairway to get a key out of a lock box to unlock the door. The door does not lock when leaving the condo unless you lock it with the key which was unhandy for our family when everyone did not go and do things on the same time schedule. Someone would be locked out and not be able to get back in until the ones with the key returned. We enjoyed the complex being smaller and not so busy. The pool area was nice but there is not a restroom close. You have to go up to your condo to use the restroom. The beach area was really nice and close to the steps/ramp to go back to the condo.

Thank you so much for your outstanding 10/10 rating and review despite the issues you mentioned during your stay. We had a plumbing issue prior to your arrival and unfortunately had to allow the sheetrock mud to cure prior to painting, nor did we want you to arrive to strong paint fumes or deal with them for the duration of your stay. Thank you for your understanding to this issue. We would love to offer keyless entry and are working with our owners to have them for every property we manage, unfortunately it is a process. Thank you so much for your awesome review! We hope you will come be our guest again soon.

Beautiful views

The condo is beautiful and spacious. Clean however detail cleaning needs to be done like doors, door handles, walls and around bath tubs and toilets. Property is an older property and could use some updating and maintained a little better didn't see anyone come clean pool and pool area but maybe 2 days of the 6 we were there or clean boardwalk to beach. We never used the pool partly because of this as well as lots of people in it. Overall we did enjoy our stay and the laid back condo.

Cindy, Thank you for your great review of your recent stay with us in this awesome property. We would've happily had any cleaning issues addressed immediately had you let us know things were not up to standard. Any time you are staying with us and experience any kind of issue we want to hear from you. As for the pool and boardwalk, those have to be handled really early in the morning before guests begin to occupy these amenities. I can assure you the pool was cleaned every day during your stay, they just have to handle this when no one is in the pool. During peak season, that is really early while most guests are still sleeping. We hope you will come be our guest again soon to take advantage of the discount we offer all of our loyal returning guests. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

Nice place; nice views

This is a very nice condo. Don't let the front door freak you out as it did us; it was very rusty and looked horrible but when you walk in the place is beautiful. The sliding glass doors will need replaced when possible as the view is obscured but they have renovated so much else I am sure that is too expensive right now. We couldn't find any pot holders so that would be really helpful. You are literally like right on the beach in this condo. The master bedroom has absolutely stunning views from the windows.

Jennifer, Thank you for your awesome review of your stay with us in this great property. The doors are responsibility of the building and the association, not each individual owner. We are not sure at this time when the replacements of those items will be but we do feel it is coming soon. Most complexes make those updates and upgrades in the fall and winter when things tend to be a little more relaxed. Thank you for your great review despite the items you mentioned. We are so glad these items did not discourage you having a wonderful stay with us. We hope you will return and be our guest again soon. September 2016 Stay

Very disappointed with new ownership. We have stayed in this condo the last three years, and have never had an issue. This time we found there was no place to hang clothes, put suitcases, etc in one of the bedrooms due to the new owners using it for there own storage. Also did not have an iron or ironing board anymore. We had toilet issues, cable boxes not working. We will not be staying in this condo again.

Khristy, Thank you for the excellent 5 star review of your stay with us in this great condo. With this being a low density building, parking is limited to only 2 vehicles per stay, especially with this busy season we have had. We are so sorry to enforce the rules of the association and only be able to provide and sell each guest only 2 parking passes, however, we do not make the rules. We are so glad that despite the issue with parking, you were able to have such a great stay with us. We hope you will come back and be our guest again soon. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC

This condo is outdated. The only perk of this condo building is that it’s small and the occupancy isn’t a lot. Considering the pandemic, that allowed for social distancing on the beach.

Amalie, We hate to see that you could only give this property 2 out of 5 stars. The photos that show online are in fact the photos of the property. Although this unit is not decorated with a modern flair, it does have a welcoming vibe to make our guests feel right at home. Despite the decor, we hope you were able to find some enjoyment in the relaxing views this unit offers of the Gulf of Mexico. We hope that you can return soon to at least enjoy the beautiful scenery that Gulf Shores offers even if you choose to stay elsewhere. Sincerely, Luna Beach Properties, LLC
