Unlike most condos where the view is confined to one room or a balcony, this unit's living room, dining room, kitchen, and bedroom all look out over the Atlantic. The balcony itself frames views of both the pool below and the beach beyond.

The open living and dining space is bright and ocean-facing, with comfortable seating for unwinding after a beach day and a dining area that flows straight into the kitchen for shared meals. A TV with standard cable and satellite rounds out the living room.

The fully renovated kitchen comes with sleek countertops and stainless appliances, plus a full range of cooking basics, a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and even a baking sheet and wine glasses, so cooking a real meal is easy rather than a workaround.

The bedroom has a king bed with ocean views and direct balcony access. A sofa bed with a blow-up mattress is also available for additional sleeping space.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is not a pet-friendly property. Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This is a second-floor unit with elevator access; the property is not wheelchair accessible. Free parking is available on premises, with no registration fee. Building B is undergoing scheduled maintenance starting September 8, 2026, with daytime construction noise Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, and possible temporary balcony access restrictions; please reach out before booking with any questions.
