Professionally managed by Casago First Coast. Walk to the beach in five minutes through the grounds of Amelia Island Plantation, then come back to a garden view balcony, a shared pool, and a full kitchen ready for home cooking. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, making this a natural fit for families with kids who need their own sleeping space. Self check-in via smartlock, in-unit washer and dryer, and free parking included. Omni Amelia Island Resort is on the same grounds.

The Space

This ground-floor condo is inside Amelia Island Plantation, one of the most sought-after gated resort communities on the Atlantic coast of northeast Florida. The beach is a five-minute walk through the Plantation grounds. The shared community pool is steps away. The Omni Amelia Island Resort sits on the same property.

The private balcony faces the gardens, offering a quiet, green outdoor space. For families with young kids, ground-floor entry means no hauling strollers or beach gear up stairs. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed in the same room, giving parents and kids their own sleeping arrangement.

The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking. A smart TV with cable is in the living area. High speed WiFi, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer are all included. Downtown Fernandina Beach is minutes away by car. Fort Clinch State Park is a short drive.

Location is great! Pool is wonderful!Narrow galley kitchen, equipped with basics.All area rugs need thorough cleaning. Master king bed mattress needs replacing.

The condo was clean with a beautiful beachy decor and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. We went over New Years and weather was in the 40's -50's so we didn't get to enjoy the pool. Pool overlooked the beach and we watched New Year's Eve fireworks from the pool deck! Overall, it was a wonderful stay!

Good location and stay

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to the beach and other areas we were visiting (st augustine and ponte vedra) were convenient. We especially liked seeing black rock beach. The unit had obviously been cleaned, kitchen, bathrooms/bedrooms and sheets were all clean, but it was apparent the owners have a dog based on odor and hair in the living room.

Unit needs a full remodel in my humble opinion. It smelled clean (too clean like bleach on arrival) but lots of dirty areas behind and under stuff. Many items are worn(living room sofas) and repairs needed. Only for those that it matters too, but lots of steps up to enter the unit. The over all outside needs repairs also at the building we were in. Somen of the other buildings were in much better shape. The beach and pool were great!

Really Nice

Place was great. Only two small quibbles. There was a problem with very tiny ants in the kitchen and the fact that the bedside clock in th master bedroom only displayed the time.

Pool was nice, beach nice. Assigned parking is great. Cond was clean but needs renovation, showing lots of ware. I visited two other condos in the unit that had been renovated. Not ours though. Good AC. Easy access.
