We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

>We try to keep our propane tanks full , but we aren`t always sure. If you have to go fill the tank or buy a bundle of wood, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

Note: When making a reservation through our website there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.
MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
