• Parking for 2 vehicles
• Two parking passes are provided during winter months and must be displayed. Lost parking passes incur a $100 replacement fee
• No pets allowed due to family allergies
• Street parking is prohibited during snowfall for snow removal operations
• Outdoor furniture and grills may not be available November through May
• Snow tires and AWD/4WD are required during winter conditions; chains may be necessary
• Quiet hours are 9 PM to 7 AM in accordance with Placer County regulations
• Exterior security cameras are present on the property
• Full Terms & Conditions supplied upon booking and completion of signatures on the Booking Confirmation
• Rental agreement must be signed within 24 hours of booking confirmation

👶 Traveling with Little Ones?
Baby gear rentals are available locally through Tahoe Truckee Baby. Guests may arrange rentals directly with the provider for convenient delivery and pickup during their stay.

Like all homes in North Lake Tahoe, this property is located in a natural mountain environment where wildlife, including bears, may be present.
For your safety and the protection of local wildlife:
• Keep doors and windows closed and locked
• Do not leave food, trash, or scented items outside or in vehicles

• Never approach or feed wildlife
