My mother and I loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for us and our Golden. It was quiet and everything was so nice. The beds were comfy and the screened in porch was lovely over looking the lagoon. We are already planning another visit this fall!

Thank you for taking the time to leave this lovely review. I’m glad 4727 Tennis Club was a great fit, quiet and comfortable, and that you enjoyed the screened-in porch overlooking the lagoon. We look forward to hosting you again this fall.

The host/property manager was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. The property was as described; however, if you like to cook the kitchen only has very basic utensils, appliances, etc, Also, the bath towels were very thin and could use an upgrade. Overall, we were very happy with the unit.

Unit was as described. Initially exterior lights were not on. Repairman working on replacing shingles found breaker and turned on lights. Was not advised repairs would be occurring during our stay. This created some noise issues for son who had work conference on Friday Patio chair cushions were dirty.Overall unit was clean and comfortable

It was great having a pet friendly place to vacation! I have been to Kiawah every summer for 25 years and the island is always amazing. This place had everything we wanted, was very clean and comfortable, and again loved the pet friendly option. The beds are very comfortable and the shower in the main bedroom is great for water pressure on Kiawah. I was able to sit on the screened patio and see two small alligators. I saw several deer in the area as well. The TV’s were great to relax and watch a show or movie in the evenings. My kids and I enjoyed our time here so much and we would definitely stay here again.

Location was great & bed was very comfy! Great kitchen, open floorplan & nice appliances & everything you need to cook.HOWEVER, we were very disappointed in the cleanliness. One of the twin bed comforters & bed skirts had dried blood on them. There were several bug smash marks on the walls & ceilings. The rugs had stains & the couch cushions are very worn & uncomftable. Our biggest concern was the screened porch...the cushions were flat, stained & had cigarette burns. We noticed that there was a hole that had been chewed in the screen and rodent turds. The solution was to put duct tape over the hole & there was another hole in the screen the next day. Wasn't expecting to have a rat around when were trying to enjoy morning coffee.

Great location, comfortable stay.

My family and I visited for a week and had a great time. The complex was quiet and clean, with a short walk to the beach. Right next to the Sanctuary, so restaurants nearby. Wish that there were more vacation amenities like beach chairs and staples like salt and pepper, etc. already in the unit, but we had a great experience.

Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen.

We've been to Kiawah several times. This unit was by far the nicest place we stayed. The management company checked in frequently by text message to make sure all of our needs were met.

Perfect place for vacation

Condo had everything we needed. Screened in porch was perfect to enjoy morning coffee and listen to wildlife. Well-equipped kitchen and modern washer and dryer made cooking and doing laundry a breeze. Quick walk or bike ride to the beach from this unit. Kiawah Island is a beautiful place.

Property was beautiful and well stocked! Place wasn’t clean and ready at check in time (4pm EST) and after traveling that day we had to wait additional time to get into the unit. Vacasa was difficult to deal with as well as the outside cleaning company they use, promising a call back from a manager that was never returned. Would try to rent unit directly from owner if possible and avoid Vacasa all together in the future.

No Tesla supercharger

The grounds at this resort are beautiful and the dinner at the Ocean room was incredibly delicious. 5 star. The only issue was because we called ahead and inquired if there was a Tesla supercharger. We were told there was and it was the reason we booked here however to our disappointment it was a low voltage EV charger 7KW. Too slow.
