I’m glad the ocean views, daily dolphin sightings, beach time, sunsets, nearby restaurants, and the beach gear and extras in the closet added to your visit. I’m also pleased our team was able to get help quickly when the AC stopped working. I’m sorry the condo did not meet expectations in a few important areas. I’ve shared your comments about the need for a deep clean, the master carpet, lighting in the master bath, thin walls, worn couches, the mattress comfort, the sliding door, and the living room TV with our housekeeping and maintenance teams and the property owner so these items can be addressed. We also understand parking felt tight and will note that for future communications about the unit. Thank you again for the helpful feedback and for choosing Indian Shores.
