The Space:

****The pool is currently unavailable through February 15, 2026 due to building maintenance. Balconies on the north end of the building (204 & 208) are under maintenance through January 15th as of now and balconies on the south end of the building (201) are unavailable through February 15th with the possibility that all balcony work may be completed early if delays are limited.



Explore Indian Rocks Beach from the comfort of this Gulf view condo, featuring amazing views from the balcony, modern tropical décor, and shared perks. You'll also enjoy a wonderful location just moments away from the beach.



You'll be a short walk from the sandy beach to the west, where you can watch amazing sunsets and wade in the gentle waves. You're also close to dining at Guppies and PJ's Oyster Bar and lighter snacks at the Kooky Coconut. The Indian Rocks Beach Nature Preserve to the north provides more fresh air, while Splash Harbour Water Park offers wet and wild rides to the south. More shops, golf courses, and outdoor spaces are located to the east.

Peace and quiet

No crowds, walkable food and shopping.Friendly servers, residents. Quiet complex, great pool and beach area. Dolphins, fishing, easy access, and GREAT SUNSETS!clean and roomy place. Plenty of dishes, cups and amenities.

The big windows opening to the ocean/beach and the big balcony were really amazing. We loved the apartment and the location.

Great Condo

Outdoor patio chair broke, with rusted screw. And second bedroom tv size of postage stamp.

Very Enjoyable

First vacation in 4 years and this condo did not disappoint. The condo was very comfortable with a great view over looking the beach. We will be coming back.

Peaceful beach vacation

This was a very nice condo with all of the amenities. It was very clean and the check-in/check-out was simple. The property manager messaged to make sure we got in ok which was nice. Great location/view just steps from the beach. We will definitely be back!

Great View

The view was great. Lots of dolphins and the beach was very nice. The pool could have been clean more often and the sheets we pilled terribly. When we first arrived it looked clean but walking on the floor your feet turned black We still enjoyed the property and there were great people there

Relaxing vacation

The condo was clean, comfortable and great location. Kitchen was stocked and beds are comfortable. The only change would like to see for our next visit us a ceiling fan on the porch. The only negative is the parking, if you drive a medium size or large vehicle it’s difficult to park because of the cement beams.

Beautiful condo. Great location

First time staying at a condo and i couldnt have asked for better. The condo was comfortable. So close to the beach and the views are amazing. The only thing i would have different would be more towels and wash cloths available and more spoons as there were only 3 and we have a family of five. Other than that i would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Summer vacation

The property was very nice. We loved being right on the beach! The big things in the condo were great. But the little things could have been better- like dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty windows. My biggest complaint is that there was NO soundproofing in the building at all!! We heard EVERYTHING from other units!! Woke us up most nights.

View was spectacular. Unit was decorated beautifully. We loved it except for the 2 weeks we had “thumpers” in the unit above us. Much more than normal traffic- early morning and late night. Also asked for a call about the TV remote the first week we were there. No call at all for 3 weeks.

No communication

Frustrating but not all your fault. We were left with no direction until we arrived and we’re encouraged to leave. In spite of us trying several times to get direction from Vacasa a day before we left Denver. It cost us a lot to take a 1 day trip to Florida. Waiting on Vacasa to help us with this trip. Nice clean condo with beautiful views.

Underwhelming!

If you look at pictures of this property and think it’s probably better than it looks- think again! Don’t do it! Outdated decor, worlds smallest televisions, broken dishwasher the entire stay, and VERY moldy washer property managers refused to acknowledge. There was a nice view of the ocean, good ice maker, and AC worked well. My advice is to keep looking!

we liked the location. Clean. However signs posted parking 1st come, 1st serve. Had a note on our car from another renter referring to assigned parking. Had to reach out to get assigned parking number. Stock of towels & washcloths low. Condo slept 6. Only had 4 towels and 3 washcloths. Had to reach out to obtain. Towels were provided but never received washcloths. Had to go purchase.
