Too many codes to remember to get on unit, enter pool, use pool restroom, and enter gate from beach to condo. Ended up walking barefoot around the building to get back in. Closets with beach gear are stuffed to the gills with a lot of things that are showing age. The unit was well set up for four adults and two kids 3 and 1. The building and facilities are top notch. The beach is so close it made packing up the kids and enjoying the water a breeze. Wish check out was a bit later so we had more time to pack and straighten out the unit.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about Sand Dollar. We're glad the beach proximity and family-friendly layout made moving kids to the water easy and enjoyable. We’ll review the entry procedures to simplify access and reduce the number of codes where possible, and we’ll inventory the beach gear closets to remove or replace older items so storage is more useful. We’ll also evaluate checkout timing options to see how we can offer families a bit more time. We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back.

We loved this location! Great size condo, very clean. Well stocks with everything you could need for the beach in the hall closet. Comfortable beds. It could use a few minor updates, mainly cosmetic. Nothing at all that affects the use or cleanliness. There’s a trolley stop right out front. Would stay here again!

The location is great. Access to the beach was very convenient. The pool and hot tub were very clean. For the price, I think it is strange to be told not to have the A/C lower than 73. Trying to wash andddd dry all of the towels as requested is a difficult ask as well.
